Simply the best. This is our favorite restaurant not only because of the always fresh, delicious food with so many interesting dishes but the staff cannot be beat. Friendly, attentive customer service and reasonably priced. Out here in the Hamptons with its over-priced restaurants all offering the same dishes, Matsulin is a breath of fresh air.

The shrimp was very fresh, everything about this food spells quality! Really enjoyed it and would recommend for everyone to try it. They delivered to South Hampton Pines within 30 minutes which is a plus as it is unheard of in this area.

While the Royal Sushi Platter was quite delicious, I am really writing this review to commend this establishment on its customer service. My dad inadvertently ordered the wrong entre and the waiter immediately said no problem - and allowed him to re-order. This is probably not always the case at other restaurants do kudos to Matsulin! The food was very good though and reasonably priced. Parking is easy too in their back lot.
