The place has always had good food but the staff has always had problems but they have always been able to solve it but the manager named Gloria who served today, Tuesday, April 9, is terrible at serving. They had a problem with my order and the manager Gloria, instead of correcting the problem, what she did was overcharge me without thinking that I would check my receipt and instead of trying to solve the problem, what she did was argue with me and try to say that it was my mistake...
This by far the nicest McDonald's I have been to in a long time. Staff is super friendly and efficient. Bathroom was spotless. And the food was, well it's McDonald's so the food is the same wherever you go. So glad they still have soft cozy seating unlike most others changing to cold hard seats that aren't inviting. Thankyou Hamptons.
