RUMBA Island Inspired Cuisine & Rum Bar

One of the best places in Hampton Bays! Drinks are fantastic - especially the Rum Punch. The tuna appetizer is sushi grade. All the food is outstanding.

The inside is really cool. A real unique and fun Caribbean vibe. Great view of the bay with outdoor seating available.

There is a Rumboat that is a fun ride between Rumba and the sister restaurant Cowfish.

Very limited valet parking.

Food was really good. We dined in The Bus which was an old school bus with music, A/C and all the Caribbean vibes. Great time!!

Really cute place with nice, tropical dishes. Fantastic selection of rum cocktails. Lovely little pier with swing chairs - we had a drink enjoying the water view while we waited for our reservation. We had a table inside by the large window facing the water and the one unpleasant issue we had was the amount of fruit flies and regular flies circling us throughout dinner. Assuming they were drawn to the glass trying to get out but we sat there constantly swatting them away which did ruin the vibe a bit (at one point we counted 8 fruitflies on the glass right next to us. Our waitress was lovely and we did enjoy the restaurant overall.

For an island-y, “Margaritaville” vibe you can’t beat Rumba! Taco Tuesday is a good deal. Food is mostly elevated versions of pub staples. For extra fun arrive on the boat ferry.

Rumba has a cool vibe and great food. I liked the decor and really enjoyed the honey chipotle swordfish.

Rumba is our absolute favorite! You can never go wrong. The food, atmosphere and service is phenomenal. Anastasia, our waitress this evening, went above and beyond to make our anniversary dinner extra special! Thank you to Anastasia and the entire staff at Rumba. We will be back soon!
