My Dad's leash broke while surfing Ponquogue beach and we saw the sign for "surf shop" - went in to the little shack in the back and got a leash, then had lunch! They have good old greasy snack bar food and milk shakes among other things. All the fried seafood is tastey. Maybe a little expensive but cannot complain. Will be back for lunch if I'm surfing and in the mood for it

We are from the east coast of Florida and rarely have small places like this anymore. The gentleman there making our food was very friendly and cooked our food accordingly. Waited about 10 minutes for our burgers and fries to be cooked. Food could have used some seasoning but you can’t cook it that way for everyone. Overall was hesitant to go but definitely worth our decision to try it. Owner has been there 44 yrs

So glad we stopped here, haven’t been since I was in high school. The food is so good, highly suggest the fried chicken and onion rings but honestly it was all good. I don’t like crinkle fries but even their crinkle fries were crispy and delicious. Butter pecan shake for the win! Staff was awesome, we will definitely be going back. Thank you!!
Kid-friendliness: Perfect for my 2 year old. We will come back when she is older to play mini golf.

If you are a true long islander you know the best spots, grew up here as a kid, minigolf in the back that CAN NEVER CHANGE, leave everything the way it is. The food still taste the same from when I was a kid. Always get the scallop basket when I go. Absolutely love and cherish every moment at this place !!! Nothing but good times in Hampton Bayssss

Make sure when you cash out with your card get your receipt cause there cash out machine will still have your card information on there for whoever. They can write there own tip amount etc etc

One of the worst displays of customer service I’ve ever seen. We get to the spot an HOUR before they’re supposed to close and are MID ORDER when a manager of some sort comes out to say they’re closed. No explanation and no apology. Just disrespectful. Do not give them your money.
So we showed up at 7p on a Sunday, started placing the order and the mid order, owner/chef/line cook states we are closed !! ??♂️ terrible customer service and communication! ??♂️ I don’t want to think it’s because I’m an African American, but help me make it make sense!! Thanks!!!

The best!! A magical outdoor dining venue! Come for the great fries, tacos, burritos, burgers and fried local flounder sandwiches. Stay for the mini golf and ice cream. An escape from the every day!
