Family and friends used to buy out every unit for a weekend, every year for 10+ years. 20 years later it went from the Bayview house to the Inn spot. Brought my new family back and it didn’t disappoint. Rooms smelled good, clean with modern amenities - only complaint: the dock was off limits.

Nearby activities: Beach and fishing

Great location for those looking to enjoy activities on both forks. Checking in was done remotely. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. The restaurant next door is newly re-opened, so expect "company" during peak season.

L'hôtel est parfait, un bungalow trop trop trop sympa, le bonheur les pieds dans l'eau, j'adore leur déco

The Inn Spot was a perfect weekend retreat from the city. The location is right next to the water and they have a large outdoor area with chairs, tables and hammocks for you to sit beside the water. This location was pet friendly and my dog was a big fan of the large grassy yard. It’s very quiet but still close by to a few restaurants and not too far from town. We found the rooms to be very clean. It’s a bit tight but totally manageable for a couple. We had a coffee/tea machine, mini fridge and microwave available; but bring your own Tupperware and cutlery if you need it. The shower was amazing, great water pressure with both rainfall head plus a handheld hose to wash off the dog. They even provided beach towels, which was a nice touch. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would return.

Rooms: Equipped with Roku TV, wifi, mini fridge, microwave and keurig

Nearby activities: Ponquogue beach across the bridge

Walkability: Relatively walkable for some restaurants, but car is necessary for most day to day needs

Food & drinks: Sundays on the bay and 78 Foster were both great meals

Located directly on the waterfront the Inn Spot was perfect for our one night stay. Very cozy space with expected amenities for a bungalow feel room. Check in and out was very easy making the process simple. Restaurant is on site (Crash Cantina) which was excellent.Rooms: Cozy and beachyFood & drinks: Crash Cantina located on property

Would have given more stars, because the property was pretty cool. We enjoyed our stay. However it is quite expensive and they it turns out they never charged our CC for the stay, which we never even realized. 4 months later we get an email stating that “there was a mistake” and an invoice for the entire stay. This happened to friends of our as well and they had multiple stays that were never charged.

The Inn Spot appears great online but the rooms are not equipped with everything an actual hotel room would be. They don't have an iron or fridge, when I walked in there was also a cockroach on my sink. The check in process was confusing, there's no front desk and no one tells you the code or which room you're in. I had to call and get that information which was difficult because there is no cell service in the area.I think this place has good potential but it seems they were just tossed together quickly and need some extra TLC.

So don't go with a big expectation for a normal restaurant. We waited 30 mins to be seated. No hostess no waiters...you order via an app which no one tells you about. Location is great and saving grace is food is very good. Go early or late. Satisfaction has it's root in expectation. Don't expect a normal restaurant experience, expect to wait. But expect good food. strange place

Cute spot. Rooms are very small but nicely acquainted. Bathroom had a cool skylight and gorgeous rain head faucet. Love being able to walk right to the water from our room. Little concierge help available when we checked in. No coffee service but other than that would recommend

We paid $658 ($705 after taxes and fees) for the "waterview bungalow" for one night. It was as simple as the listing was on Hotels.com: "double bed, bathroom, waterview". No amenities. Not even a microwave or cooler. No place to hang clothes.. unless you count the hooks in the bathroom. There is one dresser with shallow shelves. No chair. Just a double bed, bathroom, and a TV. The TV wasn't set up either. Took us a while to turn it on and set up (the remote batteries were put in wrong). No hairdryer either. The restaurant opens after 5pm so you have tp look for your own breakfast and lunch. There is only one cafe in town that's 2 min away for brunch so the line is endless.. We wished there was at least a coffee machine in the room.Beautiful interiorw.. lovely benches and chairs.. view outside of room.. deck with water and a bridge that you can drive across to the beach..where you have to pay $30 to park or walk 20-30min there for free. The Inn Spot is still waiting for their beach permit for guests... and also has no reception desk so like us, many guests also walked into the restaurant with their luggages confused. The desk number rings with no answer. (Celia is the one who called us back after we called their sister company EP Marine.)We did not receive any check-in instructions via text which would have been helpful. Sergio, who worked at the restaurant (?) was kind enough to let us into our room.It seemed like the place had just reopened..and it needed to be more organized.. this experience was probably worth around $300.. not $700.

Not a bad location to stay but very little amenities in unit. There are no closets and very little storage space..and a bit pricey. Only a few unit really have water view. There is only one waterfront unit.

Amazing, hotel was bought under new management. Everything is brand new. Cottages are updated, clean and the scenery is just breathtaking.
