100% must stop if on the highway
The place is very clean, even the cash and restaurant are entirely separated, so you know the cooks aren't handling money.
The back is filled with retro candies and locally made syrups, and all kinds of novelty stuff that is 100% worth going to look at. All the candies were fresh, even the packaged stuff and wrapped stuff i was impressed with.
The food is excellent at the restaurant, and they have specialty coffees and all kinds of stuff.

Not a place to stop if you are a POC. The workers at the cafe specifically are unwelcoming and rude. You could be standing there with a $20 bill in hand and they will accuse you of trying to steal sandwiches. Find somewhere else to stop on your road trip.
This place is clean and has too many options to pick from. They also have a whole market in the back and a sandwich section 10/10
Love the workers, so much food and a great vibe highly recommend if you’re passing through!
Awesome store they have. Many healthy grains and varieties of teas in affordable prices. The store says local products and it has lots of goods that you won’t find easily in New York City for that price. The cafe is cute and warm. The building has a historic vibe to it.
This is one of my favorite shops.🤩
I tried coffee beans with different types of chocolate for the first time in my life, it's incredibly delicious.😋 I'm a big tea gourmet, but the tea I bought from you just drove my taste buds crazy, it's incredibly aromatic with a tonic taste.( Earl Gray A La Cream)
I was also pleasantly surprised by the cappuccino mixes and smoothie mixes, amazingly tasty and aromatic!
Nice place by the road to stop for coffee. There are many things here that set it apart from a normal store.
Great philly cheesesteak! Highly recommend
Came here because of the reviews mentioning clean bathrooms and they are indeed clean. Plus they have a nice shop with local goodies. Great place for a quick stop. A+
Whenever I'm heading out for a day of floating on the Delaware River, I make it a point to stop at The Old Bat Factory Mobil Station in Hancock, NY, for lunch. This place is a hidden gem, steeped in history and full of charm. The former Louisville Slugger Factory, now a Mobil Mart, offers an array of delicious overstuffed sandwiches, hot pizzas, and local baked goods from Bagels N Cream. I love grabbing one of their Boar’s Head meat and cheese subs before heading out on my adventure.
The staff is always friendly, and the cozy atmosphere makes it a welcoming spot to relax for a bit. The town of Hancock seems to truly embrace this joint, and so do I. It's not just about the convenience of fueling up and grabbing some essentials; it's about the whole experience of visiting a place that feels like a part of the community. Plus, the clean restrooms and variety of drinks, both hot and cold, make it an even better stop. Every visit to The Old Bat Factory Mobil Station enhances my trips to the river, and I can’t recommend it enough

The bacon cheeseburger was beyond expectations.
Absolutely lovely and unexpected store. Huge selection of kitchen staples in addition to the traditional convenience store fares. Coffee shop and little restaurant have a surprisingly large selection to choose from.
This is the cleanest rest stop/gas station I’ve ever been to! The staff are so kind despite all of the people traveling at 10pm because of the eclipse and it has everything you could need from snacks to toys and pet food! We were even able to get Advil!
Nice and clean place. Friendly environment ?
Love stopping here.
