This place is wonderful. The staff is so kind and sweet and the food is delicious.
We stopped in twice on our trip. Easy to get to and wide selection of food and drinks. Bathroom was clean.
Convenient and clean. We were traveling through and wanted something besides fast food. We stopped into Bat Factory and had a nice fresh made sub. There’s a small self serve seating area with unique tables and chairs.
Staff behind café desk specifically lady name hope and guy name Josiah (who is part of family of owners) is extremely rude and doesn't know to be nice and respectful towards the customers.
Food was good though.
Nice place but they charge double MSRP for beer
Must stop, very clean and great prices.
Cool place :)
There are very few places to stop along RT 17. This spot has solid food and great bathrooms, perfect to break up a long drive. Could use more vegetarian options but still great nonetheless.
. 👍
DONT TRUST
We were going home
To Ontario , stopped here for gas. Our Canadian credit card would not work at pump so went inside to pay. I said $100 not knowing how much it would be US and she said come back in and I will credit your card.
When we had pumped $55 and I went back to get refunded she asked for the pump # and she didn't ask anything else . I said so how am I credited. She said it will go on your card as refund automatically. She did not ask for my card again.
I thought it sounded weird and should have asked for a receipt for credit.
I checked my credit card transaction on my bank just now and see it was $139.00 canadian charged and no refund for the $45 US.
Do not trust the employees working here. We had a younger girl .

We stopped here on our way to another city. My boyfriend wanted a snack so we got smores trail mix which was labeled with the store name on it. Ingredient list did not indicate any possible allergens on it so I thought it was safe to eat. It was not safe to eat. I took maybe two small little pieces out of the container and ate them and immediately started having hives in my mouth and felt like I couldn’t breathe. I have a severe nut allergy, but normally a little bit of cross contamination does not bother me. There must be a very high level of cross contamination going on with their products. There is no warning stating any possible allergies. I’ve been sick for the past day. It’s caused me extreme pain. My boyfriend went back inside to ask if there was any possibility that the product could have nuts in it or cross contamination and the cashier said no. You guys need to put warning language on your food if you’re going to keep selling it Like this. You could kill someone or make Someone very sick for selling Contaminated food.
Go-To stop for road trips to the Catskills. Food is great and the prices for homemade goods are unbeatable.

Its not listed on gas buddy for some reason!
Perfect pit stop for a roadtrip. They don’t seem to sell Coke products which was a bummer but they had an excellent selection otherwise. Clean bathrooms as well!
