“I was pleasantly surprised by the café tucked inside the outdoor museum. You don’t usually expect museum dining to be memorable, but the food here is genuinely excellent. The burger was juicy, well-seasoned, and perfectly cooked—far beyond what I anticipated. The BLT, too, stood out with its crisp bacon, fresh lettuce, and ripe tomatoes layered on hearty bread that tied it all together. “It’s a busy place on a Saturday morning but the wait time was only 10 minutes. A deli with a few table spots, quick service and lots of choices! We chose the Power Wrap (egg whites, chicken, cheese, avocado) and a cinn & raisin bagel.
The wrap was quite large so she shared it. Nice combo of flavors and served piping hot!
The bagel was soft and just a touch chewy- the way I like it!“
