The owner, Joe, a Culinary Institute of America graduate, impresses with his mastery of French, Central European, and Italian cuisines. The duck confit, schnitzel, and Latkes are top-notch. William, the assistant, provides excellent guidance on the menu. The fresh fish dishes like monkfish and sole are always highlights. Hosting events is convenient at Copper Kettle, with reasonable pricing for pre-fixe menus and an open bar. The food is authentic, fresh, and free of unnecessary additives, with desserts made in-house. The chocolate cake is a must-try. A return visit is definitely on the cards for many customers.
