Hastings Station Cafe

This is the spot. I come here to write occasionally because it's quiet and I enjoy the high ceilings. I mostly like this place for the atmosphere. Prices are average. Parking outside is metered so bring change if you plan to park closeby. Inevitably, it's a nice place to come to that doesn't feel cramped. They have light snacks and coffee. I'm not really a coffee drinker so I can't tell you if the coffee is subpar or outstanding, but it's a nice place to work.

This place is so cute and so convenient. I managed to get two bagels and two drinks on my latest visit. They were fast quick very kind. The café is so cute and it's perfect for just hanging out or going for a quick cup of coffee. You're right near the train so if you decide to go to Grand Central or to any other place you could just hop right on. They don't have a very wide selection of stuff in the refrigerator case but it's good for a quick grab and go. The cashier was so sweet...read full review

I've enjoyed this cafe every time I've visited, but its hours are so limited that I rarely can. The baked goods are well-selected and the management clearly knows what they're doing. The coffee is up to par, and the employees are polite. I wish it had longer hours, though.
