Tried using the drive-thru at this location and waited for a while before calling out for assistance. We assumed the drive-thru might be closed. When we drove past the pickup window, we saw two employees inside laughing and talking, without acknowledging us or assisting. It’s disappointing, but I can see why this location has such low reviews.
The employees need an attitude check. They are supposed to ask about your reward account and if i want the receipt. The employees acted like it was a bother that I people are placing orders. They need to go home if they don’t like to customer service.
3rd time in 2 weeks where they ignore you on the drive thru.
