Terrible staff. Jessica (small girl w the glasses) is rude and needs an attitude check. I confronted her and she couldn’t even bother to look me in my eyes. If you’re miserable and don’t want to work , leave your job. Stop ruining people’s morning and day. At the end of the day I’m coming here for a service and spending money. Don’t need the shitty attitude.
Ordered thru the app only to discover they closed early. They often close earlier than the store hours. I hope corporate is aware.
Tried using the drive-thru at this location and waited for a while before calling out for assistance. We assumed the drive-thru might be closed. When we drove past the pickup window, we saw two employees inside laughing and talking, without acknowledging us or assisting. It’s disappointing, but I can see why this location has such low reviews.
