Burger Restaurants near Haverstraw

“The cashiers aren't interested in greeting with a warm hello and a smile. They really aren't interested in clearing the lobby as quickly as possible.I felt as though i was interrupting a mass coffee break. I received eye contact from more than one staff member, and as fast as they acknowledged me, i was ignored just as swift. They were one employee who was more than helpful and welcoming. I am disappointed in myself for the fact that i failed to get his name.He was carefully packing the bags for online orders, and he flagged a disconcerting cashier, and i was then able to place my order. He was a well-spoken tall African American gentleman who took pride in his position. I just say his attentiveness was impressive.Whatever this gentleman puts his mind to will have a positive impact on society. Thank you for making my lunch enjoyable!“

“My wife comes here often with the kids. I actually went with the kids the other day, and they have a really good Philly cheese steak. My kids love the burgers as well but I haven't tried them. But the cheese steak is very good. Staff was friendly. Go for the double meat, it's only a few bucks more.“

“After bike ride meal. Place is packed with bikers on good weather weekends though many just getting Powerade.“

“The food was delicious! If I'm ever back in the area, I will go out of my way to eat here again.“

“I can honestly say the classic (double cheeseburger) here is perhaps the best burger I ever had in my entire life! It has a generous portion too! The photo op beer was very good too. Drive to the charming town of Nyack just for this! And nyack is an amazing cute town anyway.“

“We had a fantastic dinner at Sweet Grass tonight. The food was perfection and the service was impeccable. Our first time here, but will not be our last.“

“Real deal legit delicious Greek food. Reasonable prices. Super nice people. Always an excellent experience. Highly recommended. In fact I'm going tonight. Lemon potatoes scrumptious. Lamb succulent. Try it!!!“

“The Nachos are authentic & in my opinion a top 10 item. Carla was an impressive staff member who professionally worked ambitiously“

“Amazing food and great hospitality. Definitely gives you that family feel.“

“Great Shake Shack! I stopped here for dinner not too long ago, and I have no complaints. Plenty of parking out front, and tons of seating inside. The kiosk ordering was quick and efficient, and the food came our very quick. Not to mention, the employees were spectacular! One of the workers was even coming around to every table offering sauce packets and napkins. I tried the big shack, which was delicious, and my shake and fries were also amazing. The inside is clean and modern, with a bunch of seating, as I mentioned before. There is also outdoor seating. The thing I love about all Shake Shacks is that they always have a free water dispenser and cups. This is super convenient so that you don't have to pay extra for a drink. A great place to stop for a quick and delicious meal.“

“Amazing place! We love the atmosphere, food and drinks!!“

“The food & services is great❗️ The owners go out of their way to see you get what you would like. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Home Frite hit the spot. We were just passing through and thought the burger and fries joint looked good and it didn’t disappoint. Miranda took our order and was pleasant and friendly, providing great customer service. The atmosphere was chill with good music playing, but at a level that allowed conversation. It was clean and the seating was comfortable. It didn’t take long for our order to be ready and you can tell it was cooked to order unlike most fast food restaurants. I had the boneless wings which were delicious and my husband enjoyed his double cheeseburger. We shared the yummy, crispy fries as the portions were more than enough to feed us both. If you’re in the area and feeling hungry, stop in and enjoy a meal.“

“I moved out of town to Duchess County and I drove down to Mohegan Lake just to go to the Applebee’s. The kitchen manager Will was amazing. He helped with my grandchildren’s specific dietary needs. Our server Anna was so knowledgeable and helpful also. I lived in Cortlandt manor for 25 years and loved going there.“

“Came here with my girlfriend loved loved loved the atmosphere and the tacos were excellent! Prices were great and so was the service we will be back!! 5 stars“

“Great little diner on Main Street in New City. Excellent breakfasts. Try the French toast! Or the blueberry pancakes. Or pretty much everything! Good coffee in old fashioned diner mugs. Friendly staff, too. New owners since January 2025. Updated space looks great. Still good food, friendly staff, now open for dinner 5 nights.“

“Roti Cani and Korean Beef buns were spectacular! I’m excited to order again soon. I plan on making my way through the entire menu.“

“great food good prices and very fast service“

“Finally checked this restaurant out. We loved it! The buffalo wings were soo good. We also had the frings (half onion rings and half fries). Great option for those who love both and can't decide like me 😬. The homemade baked apple slices were DELICIOUS. Service was really good. The staff was very attentive. We will definitely be going back!“

“Great food large order friendly staff fast order to go“

“Delicious food, inexpensive and comfortable environment!“

“We are at The Burger Loft on a Friday night. it was very busy, but the service was good and the food was outstanding!“

“We used to walk there from the house over 50 years ago. Pick up a dozen Dilly Bars (I think they call them Buster bars now). I always knew the staff because we grew up together. So much more than memories !“

“The guys working were very nice and personable. The burgers and fries were delicious with fresh toppings.

The women’s bathroom is strange because, in every stall, the toilet paper dispenser is placed so that your leg touches the plastic while you’re sitting on the toilet, and you essentially pull the toilet paper into your lap. Clean otherwise!“

“Love the good and the service, all excellent!“

“Excellent service and food was superb.“

“Un buen lugar para disfrutar con los amigos“

“This has been my 3rd time at K&P Lounge. I took my daughter last Wednesday to celebrate her 21st Birthday. Food was great the atmosphere was amazing and my daughter absolutely loved the Food. Thank you so much. Plan on going back with the rest of the Family. Best, Gerry Cruz“

“Great place. Really like this place especially in the summers.“

“What can I say, it's White Castle. It hit the spot. The crave case was gone in one day at my family's house.... And I only had about two of them. They're always pretty efficient at that drive through especially if you use your mobile app.“

“Great please and atmosphere“

“Armando and margarita are some of the kindest and diligent people I’ve ever had serve me at any fast food. The quality of food is always fresh hot and tasty as well as quick can’t say enough positive words for this team and branch“

“I went for Lunch with a friend at IHOP 2077 the spring valley Market place , and I throughly enjoyed myself. The place was clean including the bathroom, staff were upbeat our Watson was patient with me while I try to decide what I was in the mood for.
I had the classic crispy chicken sandwich , it was very tasty, it hit the spot . Can’t wait to come back soon.

“...counter girl with the purple nails is pretty cute! ...should🎵 have 🎶 never🎵sold🎵my 🎶 bike! 😜“

“Very good :)“

“Multi level bar right near the Pearl River NJ Transit train station. The best part about this place is probably the rooftop. You must be 25 or older to be up on the rooftop. Got the chicken sandwich it was pretty good. Service was great. Gets packed on Friday and Saturday nights. Overall a good time.“

“Great food. Great service.“

“My mom and I came here for brunch and had a wonderful experience. I ordered the Mexican Tres Leches Pancakes with home fries and a sweet iced tea, and my mom got the avocado toast. Everything was fresh, delicious, and came out quickly.

it's nice to see that this location is now open 24 hours.

Our waitress was very friendly and attentive, even though I didn't catch her name. She made sure we had everything we needed and provided excellent service throughout our meal.

Overall, we were very happy with our visit. The food was on point, the service was great, and the whole experience was enjoyable. I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you, IHOP, for a yummy breakfast!“
