Chicken Wings near Haverstraw

“All the places I frequent in haverstraw and I’ve never seen this place. I have to say the fish and fries were excellent, well seasoned but not salty. The people there were kind including the owner. I like the diversity of the people and music. Overall very nice experience for both my sister and I.“

“Sometimes you get the urge for some greasy, salty, and unhealthy fried chicken. That’s what happened last night.
Before, there was only KFC nearby to satisfy that urge. But now there’s a new competitor in West Haverstraw - Popeyes.
My wife and I decided to go there instead of KFC. After we arrived and parked, we looked through the windows. Bright, airy, and clean, but no customers. Oh, oh. Did we come to a place with bad reviews or health code violations? We were here already and HUNGRY. So we took a chance and went in.
And we were glad we did. The person behind the counter was friendly, patient, and helpful. Explained what was on the menu and assisted us with choosing and ordering.
We took a table and waited. After five minutes the order was ready. With drooling mouths we bit into the chicken. My wife exclaimed SO GOOD, DELICIOUS! I’m a quiet person, so I didn’t yell out and do backflips. But I agree with my wife; the chicken was delicious and juicy, much better than KFC.
My wife was so impressed she went to the counter and raved about the chicken to the people behind the counter.
In the future, we will be doing what the Terminator did:

“I can't say enough great things about Defiant! Last week we hosted a small wedding reception and it was perfect. We were able to do anything we wanted with the space we had (we didn't rent the entire place, just a few tables). The food was great, as usual! The beers and other drinks were great and the price was so reasonable! We were able to use all the games at the brewery, and we were even able to play Terminator 2 on the projector which was a major bonus. The staff was truly wonderful which made everything even better. The owner, the cook, and the bartender were all so friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better place to have a casual, and intimate wedding. Thank you guys SO much!“

“It is difficult to please everyone in this world! But keeping in mind what the Employees have to endure, working under strenuous conditions, many feel under paid, they sure need credit for their effort. My experience going to this Popeyes located on RT 59, Spring Valley NY has always been wonderful. The Manager named Vanesha, is extremely polite, and helpful. She is constantly on the lookout to see whether the other Employees are in need of assistance in helping the customers. And i must say the Fried Chicken is always Fresh and Hot. There are times my companion and I had to wait a few extra minutes while our order was being prepared. The only change i noticed, there's No More 'Refills' on Drinks!
