What a great place! Best beer, nice people, good food!
Decent beer but very few choices
I remember coming here a few years ago and there was a wide range of choices. I went today and about 6 months ago, and neither was all that great. Today there were I think six choices on tap - an IPA, a hefeweizen, a kolsch, a pale ale, a sour and a lager. I am an IPA person and the IPA was decent. We have been to a dozen breweries in this area, and this now stands out (repeatedly) as having the fewest choices. It makes it not quite worth...read full review
I can't say enough great things about Defiant! Last week we hosted a small wedding reception and it was perfect. We were able to do anything we wanted with the space we had (we didn't rent the entire place, just a few tables). The food was great, as usual! The beers and other drinks were great and the price was so reasonable!
