We had food delivered this week. Everything was beyond expectation - food was delicious, portions were great and everything was packaged well. I love that heating instructions were included. We will be ordering again in the very near future.

I ordered cupcakes for pick up I wasn’t able to make it on time but however I never received a call to remind me or ask if I was coming and I paid in full for the cupcakes.

Very quaint little shops with delicious breakfast (and I assume lunch as well). Friendly service, wonderful baked goods, and open on time. We are staying in the marina and it’s well worth it to make the 10 minute drive from safe harbour.

This is an amazing local bakery. Great pastries and pasta. The coffees and drinks are a hit as well. So many different new choices every time I come in it’s hard to make a choice. I have never had a bad experience and have tried so many different things I thought would be out of my comfort zone. Everyone here is so helpful and friendly and it’s always exciting every week to see what’s on the menu.

Flours tremendously stands out from your usual cafe. Not only can you stop in for a coffee (amongst other delicious drinks like a butterfly tea lemonade) and a sweet treat, you can buy a plethora of pastas and sauces to prep for dinner or the whole week! Sofia’s passion for quality sourced ingredients does not go unnoticed from the taste to the way you feel after you eat it. Flours is the only pasta I can eat that doesn’t make me lethargic or have a stomach ache after. I also have learned a lot about grains through their pasta. They have speciality pastas with grains such as rye, einkorn, and spelt which tastes delicious and nutritionally stands out from box pasta and other fresh pastas. Anywho, long story short, definitely make your way over to Flours! Go for the pasta and stay for the daily specials and baked goods. You will NOT regret it.

What a lovely meal and experience! First, the high tin ceilings, exposed brick and the warm and rustic decor welcome you as you walk in - then comes the friendly service and delicious food! I enjoyed a hearty beef stew with pasta pearls followed by a cinnamon roll for dessert! Delicious! My sister and mom ordered pasta with a bolognese sauce and both raved about it! If you haven’t tried Flours Pasta and Bakeshop be sure to put it on your list! I will be back!
