I recently had the pleasure of having Chef Michelle cater a private birthday dinner at my home, and it was simply spectacular. She was incredibly communicative during the planning process and truly brought my vision to life. Very delicious, local ingredients. La Talaye always delivers exceptional quality and flavorful in their meals. Delicious and honestly wish I had more. This is at the Cold Spring Farmers Market!
