In the mood for ceviche Ecuadorian style. Made with citrus juices, onions, cilantro, and choice of protein. Yummy!!... anyway, went to La Cascada (the waterfall) the place has been renovated, and upgraded more so in the outside. Plenty of tables, small bar, nothing fancy. Very very tasty. We had the tostones with guacamole. Tostones were cooked very well and guac was buttery smooth. Arroz con camarones were tender and rice portion was immense. I had churrasco especial, which was steak and shrimp with peppers, onions, fries, rice and beans. Everything was delicious and flavorful. 5 star food!...5 star service!...Family friendly!...The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars overall is because I liked the old decor better. The old decor was more comfy feeling and not so intensly lit up.The new post renovation decor is fresh looking, but the intense bright lights make it feel a little like a cafeteria.
