“I love Playa bowls to begin with but what stood out to me on this visit and made me want to leave a review were the two young ladies working 10/27/25 in the PM (didn’t catch their name), they were absolutely great! They were patient, helpful and so positive! A pleasure to be helped by them, will be returning to this playa bowls location :) thanks!“

“The manager at nanuet is top tier!!! She runs that place so well. When she is there the whole process is seamless. Unfortunately when she is not you can tell. My order almost is always wrong when she is not present. This woman deserves a raise!!! I have to mention the other employees there with her. They always greet me with a smile and hand me my bag without even having to ask. Phenomenal customer service.“
