I went to the McDonald's on Rt. 9W in W. Haverstraw, NY & because the drive-thru line was so long, I parked at laundromat & went inside to order. While there I observed an employee with her mask around her chin the whole time...someone I suspected was a food delivery service showed them her phone & she came around counter blocked with plexi-glass & stood right beside him touching her face & what not. McDonald's is a busy restaurant where the team tries to make things right when mistakes happen. While the cashiers may not always provide a warm welcome, there are some staff members who stand out for their helpfulness and attentiveness. One employee, in particular, was impressive with his pride in his work and made a positive impact on the customer's experience. Despite some frustrating moments, such as forgotten orders, the team strives to provide a good service.
