Ordering from the Popeyes app was easy. Picked up the food at the drive thru. Chicken was delicious and moist. Fries were crispy. It was everything I wanted it to be. Good deal also. I only go to Popeyes when they have good deals and it's always worth it

Completely disappointed with this particular store. I ordered on DoorDash and my promotion deal did not show on the receipt. I called the store to explain and was met with indifference and refusal to cancel the order or make adjustments to the order. The manager made it clear he did not care about the customer experience. I see that others have complained about the same issues with this store and clearly they do not care to address customer concerns. Will not return.

I decided to give this place another try 2 years later assuming they improved I order a chicken sandwich combo and it was really dry and inside the bite it was really dry 0 moist at all and undercooked it was really pink. I can see why there is alot of bad reviews this place just sucks!

They opened about a year ago and I’ve had nothing but problems every time I’ve gone there. Needless to say I will not patronize them ever again. With prices going up businesses should appreciate every customer aim to maintain great satisfaction. On Saturday evening there was only 1 customer in front of me. The cashier was of course helping the lady in front me. In walks another 3 customers. This cashier completely skipped over me and began helping the others who had come in after me. When I questioned it. The manager sends her to the back and tells me if I feel some type of way………… The nerve of him and the horrible customer service. I cannot spend my hard earned money in places like this. Why was I blatantly skipped over??? I was the only black person there. Just saying

Since they took my other review out because they know every word was true I’ll right again this place has the Worst management in history. The guys is very rude and disrespectful and told me “if there’s never any shrimp don’t come here then “ and also never wanted to provide me with his supervisors number he also told me “if u want to complain go on google and figure it out yours self “ the nerve of this guy they always assume you want larges on ur order so they never asking the size for u to spend more . I’ve also seen him speak really disrespectful to the employees there and threaten for there job , this guys if out of this world and need to be fired immediately … I will never spend another dollar in there till that guys is removed and new management is handled ..

Worst place ever, spoked to the manager that was at night first he start arguing, I guess he was arguing with the customer before, after that I try to make my order put me on hold for like 10 min and then come mad at me like it was my issue whatever happened before me. I requested a customize order like I always do and he told me we don’t do that here. If you guys are going to hired anyone make sure that they could give a good customer service, I will no return to this place ever again.

Sometimes you get the urge for some greasy, salty, and unhealthy fried chicken. That’s what happened last night. Before, there was only KFC nearby to satisfy that urge. But now there’s a new competitor in West Haverstraw - Popeyes. My wife and I decided to go there instead of KFC. After we arrived and parked, we looked through the windows. Bright, airy, and clean, but no customers. Oh, oh. Did we come to a place with bad reviews or health code violations? We were here already and HUNGRY. So we took a chance and went in. And we were glad we did. The person behind the counter was friendly, patient, and helpful. Explained what was on the menu and assisted us with choosing and ordering. We took a table and waited. After five minutes the order was ready. With drooling mouths we bit into the chicken. My wife exclaimed SO GOOD, DELICIOUS! I’m a quiet person, so I didn’t yell out and do backflips. But I agree with my wife; the chicken was delicious and juicy, much better than KFC. My wife was so impressed she went to the counter and raved about the chicken to the people behind the counter. In the future, we will be doing what the Terminator did: “I’LL BE BACK”

Ordered for delivery they just throw the food down outside didn't ring the door bell or anything o alert us they had arrived. The chicken was dose with salt and way too dry. I usually lik Popeyes but now I don't I will be going back. This was disappointing at best.
I am updating my review and giving it 4 stars. I recently purchased two 3‑piece chicken meals and chose the dark‑meat option. The chicken was good — not too salty, not greasy, and the meat was fresh, which I really appreciated.
The driver was exceptional; I even wanted to increase my tip because the service was remarkable. I’m also pleased that management pays attention to reviews and works to make improvements.
One suggestion for improvement would be to ensure more consistency in seasoning and preparation across all orders, so every visit is just as enjoyable as this one.
