Just randomly stopped here as I was down at Westchester medical center for a loved ones surgery and I needed a bite to eat. Got a double egg sandwich with cheddar cheese and ham with hot sauce (my go to egg sandwich - it's amazing how many places can't get it right!). As soon as I picked it up I knew it was going to be good. So, you can tell a cheap sandwich from a good one just by the weight. This one had some weight to it. Went for my first try and loved it. Very nice people inside and had a great conversation with the guy working. Love that they use terranova bread. Pretty sure I just found my new deli. Can't wait to go next time.

Hawthorne Deli is a fantastic deli with very nice people inside. The food is always delicious, using fresh, high quality ingredients and Terranova bread. The service is incredible, with the owner going above and beyond for events. The atmosphere is cheery and clean. The food was a huge hit at a birthday party, making the event feel effortless. It is a go to lunch spot, and customers will be coming back on their next trip out of the city.
