I have eaten at this restaurant numerous times starting when they first opened. In my opinion it is excellent. I got to know the owner and he is meticulous about the quality of his food and the cleanliness of his restaurant. The staff is outstanding. The chicken, the ribs, the steak, the tilapia, the shrimp all delicious. To me this place is the best.

I order frequently from Genesis as the staff is always friendly, the food is great all the time & whether it’s pickup or delivery everything is always packaged nicely & very tasty. I’ve ordered the rib-eye with potato salad & coleslaw or the whole red snapper fish with rice & peas & salad. The pupusa & empanada are also great. I’ve eaten the tres leche cake & the homemade juices!
