Like other negative reviews for this establishment, the wait time was sort of ridiculous. They are very understaffed. We had a party of six on a Sunday evening. The restaurant was relatively dead. Only a few people there. It took too long drink orders to be taken and arrive. Then too long for the food to actually arrive. Once we got the food, it was pretty good. But definitely not worth the wait and not worth the unfriendly attitude of the waitress. No apology was given for the wait. They could’ve at least offered to get more drink orders during our long wait. That would’ve at least been smart business on the waitress’s part. But we were very neglected. We may have wanted dessert, but didn’t feel like waiting another hour.

My friend enjoyed dinner at the 110 Grill. Everything is made from scratch and is fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive.

Dined in for Father’s Day with a party of 9 and highly disappointed with our service. We dined during lunch and it was very slow surprisingly for Father’s Day Sunday. The food took an extended amount of time to come out, and when it did- it was lukewarm/cool. We weren’t offered any refills on drinks/waters. We also weren’t offered dessert menus, nor were we checked on after the entrees. No steak knife provided, ribeye steak was cool to touch (asked to be reheated). This just wasn’t what we thought and expected it would be. For such a slow / dead lunch hour we expected service and food to be delivered accurately and hot. Our family is used to fine dining experiences so it makes it tough to accept the bare minimum when it comes to service and food quality. 4.5/10 definitely one time try and never again. Great ambiance and huge place on the bright side.

Very inattentive waiter, didnt even have utensils or refills before our food came out which took literally forever. Went with 3 of my friends and all of our food was like lukewarm at best. Would never go back waste of money and time

When you first walk in you will notice the filthy carpet. The dinner came with no sides. The portion was on the small side. The food was cold and lacked good flavor. Expensive for what you get. Won't be back.

The whole family enjoyed the food the Gluton free options were vast and having our order double checked made us feel extremely safe .

We stopped in Monday night for a quick bite. Even though it was super busy, Sue was fantastic! She was super friendly and made sure we had everything we asked for as quick as we could. Definitely will come be coming back! Thanks Sue!

When 3 grown adults leave stating “WOW, that the worst service I’ve ever received,” you know it’s bad.
Atmosphere was littered with displeased customers, sitting silently making eye contact with other tables equally confused about what was happening.
Staff was unapologetic for the long delays and other staff seemed unwilling to step in and help, despite requests for additional assistance.
Everyone in our party left stating they wouldn’t support the restaurant again and were appalled at the service.

So very disappointed. Made a reservation for 6 at 6 pm showed up at 6 and was told it will be about 45 minutes until we are seated. We decided to make the best of it by sitting at the bar. Bartenders were friendly and offered to feed us so we but in our order which took over an hour to receive when the food came out 1 order was missing when the bartender came back it was indicated that what was missing is not available time line now is 2 hours plus when asked to speak to a manager she came over and with no remorse or apology she said just order something else I then questioned what is going on and why she walked away saying I will get you something else then called the police stating I was unreasonable not sure why Terrible place police were not surprised at my side of the story So disappointed in the establishment never will go back all we wanted was dinner. Not drama

Please do not go there we had a terrible experience we booked a table for 6 at 6 pm which we were told would not be available till 645 so we decided to make the best of it and eat at the bar Bartenders were great but it took over an our to get our food the where is yet to come after that hour one of the orders did not come and we were told the kitchen forgot to to let our serve it was unable to be filled when asked to talk to the manager she was nasty and said just order something else no apology issued and turned it on me when confronted why She walked away and called the police to ask me to leave. I would have left but while walking away she indicated to me it was a mistake in the kitchen and my meal was on its way All I wanted was dinner. Terrible place and terrible manager
Wait staff was excellent. Bar was slow and didn't know how to make basic drinks. Food was ok

Service was great. Food not so great. I spent $120 on two appetizers and two entrées with a coke. The fried calamari had too much breading. The fried pickles did not have enough breading. Me and my wife’s steak was burnt and overcooked instead of well done. The mashed potatoes tasted really salty. The sweet potato fries were OK but $120 was not worth it.
