It doesn't matter if I order through the app or inside the wait time is in sane insane. If we're talking about Herkimer New York Duncan I wouldn't even bother going due to the wait time. The Albany one I always order there in the morning really early through the app and that's always pretty quick. So with that said order between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. and you'll get your stuff pretty quick. Anything later not a chance

Wanted a decaf. They asked if I would mind waiting for a fresh pot. I thanked them and told them I appreciated their effort. Ther have been other times and other places that would have sent me on my way with nasty tastings coffee. Great job folks at Herkimer NY Dunkin!

I ordered with the online app and EVERY part of my order was correct. Not to mention my latte was made perfectly. They also got the change on the sandwich. Everything was very hot as well. This is not the first time this location has been on point so I had to shout out and let you know. Keep up the good work!
