Service is terrible. Ive gone there 3 times (glutton for punishment) and EVERYTIME they mess up the order. (Everything bagel with butter became plain bagel, muffin buttered, also plain, coffe=tea). The staff is rude. There are so many better places. Don't waste your money.
Terrible service and food quality isn't great either . Every time Ive been here they manage to get my egg sandwich order wrong despite repeating myself several times. Called a phone order in today and when I got there they asked for my order again and put it in, so completely forgot about me calling . It's a hit or miss for me at this place. I don't know what Fred is talking about but the service is sub par. The food is tasty, however; my breakfast order is frequently incorrect. The staff's customer service is among the worst I've seen in any industry.
