Absolutely love this little gem of a shop!! Not only do I buy for myself, but send gifts as well. My oldest moved to NC w/ her family & for some reason they don't make rainbow cookies like they do here. Sent her family a 3lb box for Christmas. The packaging was amazing as there was not 1 broken cookie when they arrived! I won't mention their name, but her father recently went down & brought some from this well known bakery in Levittown & my daughter...
I recently started ordering from The Cookie Outlet. Although I have never tasted their products, the first review from one of my recipients was quite favorable. Additionally, they ship very quickly and their Customer Service has been prompt, efficient, friendly (Diane, I think her name was) and overall, outstanding. They really work for your business and to keep the customer happy - an ethic that has too often become a lost art, unfortunately. Great job, Cookie Outlet!
Their cookies are great. I use to buy 5 lbs. of cookies at a time for parties, and make up my own trays. Their prices are very reasonable, the last time I bought cookies there it was like $7 for two pounds, instead of paying $15 a pound in a bakery. They also have candy, mazapan, and trays of cookies already made up. Believe me you won't be sorry you went there.
