i have to let yall know that there is an upset dinosaur works here during the day,no matter howyou approach her,she will make you feel some type of way...always mad,never smiles,oh by the way I go here2 or 3 times s a day to buy coffee because it's only a dollar for mall employees, each time she would ask me what I want,each time I tell her coffee ,each time she ask me how I like it ,each and everytime I get it the same way same way I tell her milk and sugar....How bout "coffee...read full review

Went to the broadway mall location today and was suprised by the customer service I received. I asked for her name because she was soo sweet and friendly. She said her name was Miriam. All the items looked sooo fresh and delicious the store was clean and I just loved her attitude. I went towards the end of the day so I was very surprise of how upbeat she was and how the cinnabons looked super fresh. I recommend it!

Very sad I left work and came here bc it said the hours changed to 10am and I got here and it's a lie, there was a lady making bons but they were still closed. Very sad now I'm stuck for an hour after working all night at a hospital and ugh idk what to do my home is 30 min away so I'm kinda stuck waiting
