Talk about more for less. Burgers cost more and are smaller. Bag use to be full of fries now I order fries and there are like 6 extra in the bag. Been coming here for years always the same guy on the fries for like 8 years guess he gave away to many fries and the got rid of him. Side note I felt robbed walking away with 4 burgers and half the fries for $50 plus. Over priced never again.

Just ordered on doordash and look I wouldn’t complain if they didn’t overflow the fries like usually do at other locations. But my fries were HALF full.

I'm not normally one to complain about service of food workers as I have been a food worker previously, so I tend to be quite understanding. This experience was horrible though. Placed an order for pickup for 8 people. I get there 10 minutes passed the promised time, and had to wait another 10-15 minutes for everything. No a huge deal. I leave with the 2 bags they gave me, thinking of course everything will be in there. When I get home, we divide the food up to everybody, and we realize they forgot to give us 3 of the burgers. I called, and they said "oh yeah we forgot to give you one of the bags with burgers in it, we see it right here. If you come back in, we will make them fresh. I said "okay I'll be there in 10 minutes." I went and they were still in the process of remaking them, so I had to wait more time. All I got was a "sorry about that". I took the food and left. Went home, and 2 of those 3 burgers were made incorrectly, but my friends weren't going to ask me to go back a 3rd time... I'm not one to be mean to food workers so I'm not going to cause a scene, but it felt very bad that I wasn't given a discount, anything for free, anything at all except for a "sorry". Just something to make it right. If I blew up at them, I'm sure they would have compensated me in some way just to get me to leave, but I shouldn't have to blow up on people for them to make it right. It was their mistake for not giving me the bag. It was sitting back there, It was never handed to me. I left people at my house without me for almost an hour and had to drive for an extra 20 minutes for no reason. Overall, very bad experience and I do not plan to return to this location, if to five guys at all. The 7 other people that were apart of the order all feel similiarly.Contacted corporate a few days ago and heard nothing back.

When it comes to an all American burger 5Guys is in a class all by itself. Fresh never frozen is my request with ALL the fresh toppings you can handle. Their fries are always hot and never too salty. Not to mention their delicious shakes. Prices are comparable and the service is impeccable. No better burger have I found.

In a recent incident at this restaurant, I encountered a situation where professionalism and customer service were notably lacking. I had placed a takeout order and was waiting in a quiet area of the restaurant with my girlfriend, both of us engaged on our cellphones. Shortly thereafter, two customers chose to sit nearby. During this time, a fellow patron approached me with a confrontational demeanor, demanding that I lower the volume of my cellphone. I responded by highlighting the louder ambient music in the restaurant and addressed the inappropriateness of her approach in a public setting. This interaction led the individual to complain to the restaurant manager. The manager approached me without any prior inquiry into the situation, instructing me to lower my volume. I pointed out the discrepancy in his approach, noting the louder background music and his apparent bias in handling the complaint. When asked if I had an order with the restaurant, I affirmed and proceeded to collect it, intending to leave. However, the manager's parting remark was hostile, telling me to leave his establishment. I responded calmly, stating my intention to exit without the need for hostility. This experience was particularly disheartening given my history of good rapport with the restaurant staff. On a previous occasion, I had amicably resolved an error in my order, demonstrating understanding and patience. The incident raises concerns about prejudicial treatment, possibly influenced by my accent, and a lack of professional conflict resolution skills. It underscores the importance of fair and respectful customer service, especially in addressing misunderstandings and customer grievances.

Kicking people of your restaurant and make them feel less than, it's not the way to treat your customers! Is being latin a problem or having an accent? Seems like it. Remember, each one of your clients deserve your respect, specially if the client wasn't

Manager is an absolute ignorant, a customer approached me sitting next to me with the whole restaurant empty to come in a nasty way and tell me to lower my COD game (which was not loud) and when I refused she went to the manager and he came on that version ignoring the way she approached when I decided to leave he comes and tell me Get out of my restaurant for no reason, shame on you "manager", next time learn to identify a Karen (ohhhh I know, she was American right, well me too Sir)
