Fresh Frozen Rolled Ice Cream

i walked in an hour before they closed and they refused to serve me ice cream saying they closed. A minute later 5 other customers walked in and the workers took their order. Their customer service is terrible. I tried to talk to them and they responded saying they were minimum wage workers and won’t do anything. I’m so disappointed with this.

The store is very unsanitary needs a good deep cleaning. Wipe the fridge down, clean counters off, mop the floors. Just everything looked messy . Employee serving us was nice but needed gloves and proper way to dry their hands -not with Tshirt.

Can I be honest? I walked in hoping to buy a rolled Icecream and quickly lost interest when I saw how dirty the store was . They had just opened and the glass infront of where they make the I cream was covered in Icecream and fingerprints. The cabinets in the back covered in smudges , nothing look cleaned . I decided not to get anything. It was awful . The tables and chairs where people had not been wiped down either . It’s obvious these people don’t care about their customers.

I got two cups yesterday for my kids. They have young teenagers working at the counter and the boy was sweating and wiping his sweat with his hands and continuing making the ice cream. The place seemed very unsanitary and the workers had no gloves. I did not have my kids eat the ice cream. The worker was also stingy with the toppings. Never going back.

This was the worst rolled ice cream I ever had. The man working with his son does not know how to make it. He left it on the cold pan too long and when I got it I couldn’t even eat it it was too chewy and not the right temp. Never coming here again and will never recommend this place. I hope it gets shut down.

I see many reviews about this place being gross. I’m very picky about where I eat anything and this place is super clean and the ice-cream is absolutely delicious and now they have very good spoons. (I know there were flimsy ones before) The guy poured so much toppings I had to tell him to stop so there has definitely been a change here. You will not regret coming here. There is nothing bad about this place. Even the price is very fair. Oh, and the guy at counter (I think is the owner) was very very nice!! ? Thank you.

My 6 year old boy loves it!

The only thing that is fresh at this place is the boogers, germs, and ear wax that is put in the ice cream. When we saw the ice cream being made, the worker would touch his headphones and his face time and time again while making it. We honestly looked at this situation as something funny but then realized that this has happened to many others who have tried this place.

This store is a scam. They have a cotton candy machine in their store and made a disgusting and unedible cotton candy. The one who works refused to give a refund. They shouldn't have this in their store if it doesn't work. I am calling the NY department of health and better business bureau on this!

Ice cream is great, but they are definitely short staffed and struggle there at times
