I was trying to go for a “healthier” option, and this actually worked. The ingredients were fresh, and the portion was huge. The crunchy tortilla shell was a nice touch, but honestly, I could’ve just eaten the salad by itself. They load it up with protein, beans, rice, and veggies, and it’s really satisfying without being too heavy.

I wasn’t expecting much, but wow—Gauc Time’s burrito is solid. The tortilla was warm and soft, packed with juicy chicken (I got pollo asado), fresh toppings, and just the right amount of rice and beans. Nothing was dry or overpowering, and the guac actually tasted fresh, not like some pre-made stuff. It’s a great grab-and-go option, and I’d definitely get it again.

Got a bowl and it was one of the greatest things I’ve ever tasted, the ordering process was a pain tho, none of the ingredients are labeled so I had to ask the lady behind the counter what most of the stuff was which was difficult to hear with the noise, I could tell it was annoying her cause she kept rolling her eyes at me when I would ask, some small labels in front of each ingredient would help the ordering process out a lot
