IKEA has has seriously Disappointed me. I understand that there are lotta items out of stock and they’re working their hardest to get in however I placed an order for $1300 worth of bathroom furniture and the one piece I needed was out of stock. Literally two days later the sink I needed was in stock but for delivery only. The worst retail experience I’ve ever had.
800 # is terrible. They shouldn’t even get to call it customer service.
You can’t even contact the stores directly to check for inventory, it’s absurd.
Delivery services seem to be ‘out of order’
as you cannot get a delivery date at all via the website.
If I could leave less than one star I would. Went to return a few things within the 180 day return policy, and the person behind the desk accused me of using something that never left the bag. I explained to her that I did not use the product but she insisted I did, implying that I was lying to her. When I called her out on it, she said she did not call me a liar.
