Hi- Disappointed is an understatement. Decor and ambiance is good. But the food wasn’t fresh and the drinks were weak. Also, please be mindful that there is no parking in Forest Hills. It’s private property and you be fined $200. The signs are dark green so you would miss it. Imagine coming out of Jade and your car is booted on your front and back wheels. My experience at Jade Restaurant was extremely disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of the waitress and the lack of support from the management.
During our visit, waitress Mo charged us for extra food that we did not order. When we brought this to her attention, she left our table and expected us to simply pay for it. This was completely unacceptable and left a sour taste in our mouths.

The food is amazing, and the staff is always friendly and on point. I highly recommend this place to everyone if you are in the NYC area. It is in Forest Hills, Queens, NY right next to the Forest Hills train station.
