I had a very disappointing experience here. My to-go order was half done — the main ingredient was missing and it wasn’t packed as instructed. When I called, the woman who said she was the manager couldn’t help or refund me but offered the item for free next time.

When I returned, she recognized me and remade the food, but my tea took over 25 minutes while she ignored me at the counter until another staff member pointed it out. I stayed polite the whole time, but the service felt intentionally dismissive. I still paid for the tea and never got my small change back, which I let it go after waiting so long for just tea. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and left me very disappointed.

Drove down here after calling and they clearly told us that we can come and they will sit us. So we packed up the whole family w old people, a kid and a hungry pregnant person. Place was packed full. Front girly told us there is a two hour wait. I saw them sit other people who came in behind us. Very strange and vexing experience.

I came here with my mom while visiting from out-of-state. They’re open until 11:00pm, which was so convenient! The service and server were great!! My mom accidentally overtipped, as she did not realize gratuity is included (it’s written 2x and in BOLD on the receipt lol) and paid via Apple Pay, so it wasn’t fixable. The owner came out and apologized for the misunderstanding and gave us an extra dessert to take home, equal to what we overtipped. He was very kind. The food was the best Pakistani/Indian cuisine I have had on Long Island! Absolutely will be returning!!

Delicious and clean authentic Pakistani food. Ambience and service is 10/10 for a perfect family dining out experience. Must try their omlette platter, halwa poori, and falooda 👍

My husband and I are obsessed with this place! We went there for my husband’s favorite butter chicken and were thrilled to find out they’ve started a buffet. Everything was delicious — especially the chicken qorma and gol gappay! And the music selection was just perfect. This is officially our favorite spot!

Great food and service. Spiced and spicy (just the right levels). I have a soft spot for paneer. Chai tea and mango lassi were great as well.

When we came in we were greeted warmly and offered a complimentary beverage. At the end we also were given a wonderful dessert.
