Best hot pot in longisland, very authentic. Comparable to Manhattan or queens spots. Its pay per item but the quality is excellent. Highly recommended, also the lunch special is a great deal

One word... UNBELIEVABLE! maybe it's because this was my first Asian hot pot experience? The whole thing... amazing! Food was FRESH.. HIGH QUALITY AND DELICIOUS ... Get the herbal pot, you won't be disappointed!

It's a hot pot restaurant. They have the usual sauce bar with all the fixings you can think of. The biggest reason I rate it with just 3 stars is due to the price. I feel you don't get much considering you'll average out to 25-30 per person and that's without ordering drinks. The all you can eat options for hot pot in the area come out to the same, quality is the same, imo, and you are free to get as much as you want without worrying about how much more you'll spend. That piece of mind helps immensely in enjoying my meal.

Love love love Potasia! We come here once every week or two and never get sick of it. The food is always amazing and fresh and the staff is quick, courteous, and attentive. The decor is also lovely and very clean. They have a large sauce bar along with some appetizer-esque dishes, the spicy shredded potato and black mushrooms are favorites! Always looking forward to our next visit!

The most authentic hot pot further out east in Long Island. The only hot pot options we have out east is JBBQ/Hotpot which isn't super great. It's all you can eat but quality of the food and options are really meh. Decided to try Potasia for dinner, which isn't AYCE but was VERY impressed with the quality of the food. The meat was superb, high quality and fresh, and they were large pieces. The quantity was more than adequate for the price (we didn't even finish our food and we came hungry). I was impressed with the spicy broth that was actually spicy. The aesthetics and service was also great. The price is what it is, for the quality I can't complain, I think it's actually really fair.
It was just a bit sad on a Saturday night, the restaurant wasn't even half full, but I would def come again. It's a smaller restaurant and the options on the menu is more limited compared to placed out in queens/flushing but it satisfied our cravings really well. The sauce station was also great with many options.
This place is amazing, big portions and such nice decor and utensils.

Really good hot pot in a cozy environment! Mild spicy is a good spice. If you don't like spicy food, definitely don't do a spicy dish as it's not actually "mild".

To celebrate The New Lunar Year, we decided to try Potasia. We are so glad that we did. Many options and selections from the broths to the soup ingredients. The cucumbers and mushrooms at the buffet bar were delicious. Since it was our first time we tried the meat and vegetable combo. I would recommend a side of rice or a full order of noodles. We cannot wait to go again to try different broths and other ingredients! It’s a really fun place with a great atmosphere and decor. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.
