This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had ordering food. My husband called in the order over an hour before pickup. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was told to wait. After checking back 10 minutes later, the staff seemed completely unaware of the status of my order and kept telling me “5 more minutes.”
I ended up waiting in the restaurant for over 40 minutes with no clear communication or explanation. The staff appeared disorganized and had no sense of urgency. If you value your time, I would not recommend ordering from here. Very disappointing customer service.
