this location has horrible service. i waited 25 minutes for my one sandwich and there were no other people in the restaurant. i won’t be coming back here. prices were also extremely high for a sandwich.

I've given this place a few tries throughout the years and I've heard people say good things about it. Never got impressed. The last time I tried it the chicken cutlet was cold and there was nothing special about the vodka sauce. Which hey I don't mind a mid sandwich but if I keep hearing it's one of the best I expect out this world flavors. Also people aren't paying mid prices. This is a pretty pricey establishment

Honestly one of my favorite sandwich places so I hate to ever see this but lately these sandwiches have been unacceptable.
