I will be not returning to this establishment. Indian guy working there has a bad attitude. He is so careless and rushes to make the order. He didn't even measure one scoop of protein. He just scraped the pot and threw it directly into container. I received very little lamb than the chicken I received. It should be half and half. The Indian guy got angry and shook his head at me when I told him he gave me less lamb. They didn't fix it so as long as they skimp on my food I'm not returning. I'm not eating for free so don't rush my order without measuring correctly. I almost thought of walking out by declining the food he made. But it's okay I won't be returning ever again.

This store used to be very good. Recently their service is very bad. Since they changed the price to $10, they put very little amount of chicken over rice. Also they have double standards. When their friends come, they give plate full. Others they treat like garbage. Only one employee is very friendly and courteous. Other two employees have no customer service manners. I won't recommend this shahs to anyone. Food is ok if it's like $7

If you’re placing order via UBER, I would suggest you not to place with this store only. Better you go and get. See what was the incident
I ordered 2 times and both times I received half quantity of the box. Again after 10 days, I placed an order but this time I called them and informed about the previous case and urge them to give standard quantity. Despite me confirmation, they delivered the same thing. They filled half of the box with vegetables and no chicken pieces or rice. You see it’s a scam. I wondered why after my confirmation they delivered the same. I’m disappointed at this time.
Dear store team, if you’re reading my review, I recommend you to look into this. And don’t provide customers half quantity replacing with salads.

9/2/24 the guy at the counter is so rude. Most likely he’s Punjabi. He has very bad attitude. I asked him if we could have salad on a separate container instead of putting it on top of the rice. We had to travel back 30 min, and it will become saggy by the time we reach home. The guy said yes, then after packing, he tells me we have to pay extra $5 for it, I said no, I don’t want it. Then I asked if I can get some extra white sauce on the side, he said ok, and gave it to me. I saw he charged me .50 cents for it without telling me that it will cost me extra money. I went to other Shah’s place (Hillside Ave) in the afternoon, they were nice and gave extra while sauce on the side, but this guy was rude while serving the food, plus he tried to charge me without asking me if I want to pay for it or not. On top, he’s telling me if can’t pay 50cents, then I should stay home and cook my own food. My family was there to witness his attitude, my kids were so disappointed at this location. We will never go there again. I asked for help manager to report about this incident, the guy standing next to him claimed that he’s the manager. Lol. I told him ‘please teach him some manners and teach him how to show be nice to customers’. He kept quiet.
Don’t go here. Chicken is shredded and for extra $3 chicken, they give you half a ladle. Never again at this place. There’s a reason why your negative reviews are trending up. Listen to your customers and do something about it not just ignore it like you did today. Good luck and you will not open any longer when you continue to operate this way.
