“My wife and I had Flores cater our wedding in October. We had the best food experience with the Flores team. We absolutely feel in love with the menu at our tasting and the food at our wedding was cooked to perfection. We got married at Locust Grove, which has a full kitchen setup. Our guest raved about the food for weeks! (We’re still hearing about it from friends and family). The beef tenderloin was fantastic, our guests raved about how perfect it was cooked, a true feat especially when prepared in mass. Everyone loved the chicken empanadas, the mojo chicken, the charcuterie cones, and the tuna tartar. We opted for a vegetarian pállela for our vegan/vegetarian friends and it was a hit. The deal was sealed when everyone lined up for seconds of dessert, Flan and Ice Cream. The staff was also exceptional and we want to shout out Melissa and Danielle for making it the best day of our lives. Thank you Austin for making it the best meal for us and our guests.“

They were a complete one-stop shop from the ceremony space, to cocktail hour, and straight through the reception, including all of the catering, which made the entire planning process so much less stressful. ��From day one, Abby answered every question we had (and there were a lot!) with patience, knowledge, and kindness. She was absolutely incredible to work with, and we also had wonderful support from Emily along the way. They both provided so many helpful tips and tricks that ultimately made our wedding day run incredibly smoothly and stress-free. ��We did a tasting a few months before the wedding, which was such a great experience and really helped us finalize our menu with confidence. Our guests are still raving about the cocktail hour and dinner. We added a few upgrades, fresh mozzarella, shucked oysters, and an upgraded beef option, and every single one was worth it. They have amazing homemade juices/punch such as, carrot punch, peanut punch, sorrel, Irish moss, carrot juice, and beet root juice. Some of my favorite foods from Sophia’s Homestyle Café includes, peanut porridge, carrot porridge, the fried chicken, the stew, peas, the goat soup, fried dumpling and with ackee and salt fish,and brown stew fish with rice and peas… The list truly could go on, but I think you get the drift! “Spice Catering came highly recommended to us by our venue and friends. We are SO glad we went with them. We had our wedding at Locust Grove Estates. Billy and his team were a well-oiled machine working there. They knew the venue in and out. They also knew what to recommend for us for the venue. The day of the wedding, Spice Catering ensured that we ate and that we always had drinks if we wanted them. They were flexible with us in determining if we keep the ceremony/cocktail hour inside/outside due to the weather forecast. They also had plenty of staff to greet guests as they entered and to serve our guests. Erick, our maître d', helped our day of coordinator set everything up, take everything down, and ensure the timeline was followed smoothly. Erick was amazing to work with and took the time to get to know my husband and I to best support us on our wedding day.
