“This is an appreciation post for the amazing chef and his team from our catering company for our wedding, Sal Timperio from Sal’s Catering. The food was absolutely amazing and so delicious, and he and his team worked with us to serve exactly what we wanted at our special day. Roast pork from my Dad’s farm that Sal used his smokers to cook to perfection… those pigs came out beautifully! The giant charcuterie table was gorgeous and all the cheeses and cured meats were to die for! The side dishes were amazing, and ohhhhh that delicious corn bread! Holy moly we left the table totally stuffed! Which is rare for a bride and groom to even eat at their wedding! All our guests raved about the food which made us so happy that everyone enjoyed it! All his staff were so kind and helpful and presented everything beautifully, and cleaned up so fast and efficiently. If you need anyone to cater any event you have coming up, we HIGHLY recommend Sal’s Catering!“

“My wife and I had Flores cater our wedding in October. We had the best food experience with the Flores team. We absolutely feel in love with the menu at our tasting and the food at our wedding was cooked to perfection. We got married at Locust Grove, which has a full kitchen setup. Our guest raved about the food for weeks! (We’re still hearing about it from friends and family). The beef tenderloin was fantastic, our guests raved about how perfect it was cooked, a true feat especially when prepared in mass. Everyone loved the chicken empanadas, the mojo chicken, the charcuterie cones, and the tuna tartar. We opted for a vegetarian pállela for our vegan/vegetarian friends and it was a hit. The deal was sealed when everyone lined up for seconds of dessert, Flan and Ice Cream. The staff was also exceptional and we want to shout out Melissa and Danielle for making it the best day of our lives. Thank you Austin for making it the best meal for us and our guests.“

Billy and his team were a well-oiled machine working there. They knew the venue in and out. They also knew what to recommend for us for the venue. The day of the wedding, Spice Catering ensured that we ate and that we always had drinks if we wanted them. They were flexible with us in determining if we keep the ceremony/cocktail hour inside/outside due to the weather forecast. They also had plenty of staff to greet guests as they entered and to serve our guests. Erick, our maître d', helped our day of coordinator set everything up, take everything down, and ensure the timeline was followed smoothly. Erick was amazing to work with and took the time to get to know my husband and I to best support us on our wedding day. Our guests complimented how delicious and hot the food was and mentioned it as a highlight of the wedding. We HIGHLY recommend Spice Catering.“
