The food was delicious, it was beautifully designed to make both your eyes and stomach happy. It can be difficult to find vegan options that are both tasty , look beautiful,almost to pretty eat, and taste even better than it looks. I'm am extremely pleased with the professionalism or EfraiM & Kelly's ability to listen and create a menu personalized to my palette and my personality.They treated me like the queen that's lives on the inside of me. “There is no question that Inn Credible made our wedding absolutely perfect! The food turned out amazing, the venue set up was everything we wanted, and the bar staff kept everyone quenched! Eileen was an absolute superstar and her team could not have been more helpful and patient with us, toughing it out through the rain and making our guests feel comfortable in every way. They made the day so special for us, even giving us "our moment" after cocktail hour with just us two and our appetizers that I will remember forever. “My wife and I had Flores cater our wedding in October. We had the best food experience with the Flores team. We absolutely feel in love with the menu at our tasting and the food at our wedding was cooked to perfection. We got married at Locust Grove, which has a full kitchen setup. Our guest raved about the food for weeks! (We’re still hearing about it from friends and family). The beef tenderloin was fantastic, our guests raved about how perfect it was cooked, a true feat especially when prepared in mass. Everyone loved the chicken empanadas, the mojo chicken, the charcuterie cones, and the tuna tartar. We opted for a vegetarian pállela for our vegan/vegetarian friends and it was a hit. The deal was sealed when everyone lined up for seconds of dessert, Flan and Ice Cream. The staff was also exceptional and we want to shout out Melissa and Danielle for making it the best day of our lives. Thank you Austin for making it the best meal for us and our guests.“

“We recently celebrated our Valley Central Class of 1976 50th Class Reunion at Colden Manor at Spruce Lodge venue, and it could not have been more perfect. The food was amazing, are tables were set in red, white and blue our class colors, our reunion cake was absolutely delicious, and everyone had such a wonderful time. We all enjoyed dancing the night away.

The owner and staff were polite, attentive, and truly gave us 120 percent to make our celebration memorable, as they did for our 25th, 30th, 40th and now our 50th reunion. “Yes, as a discerning NYC bagel enthusiast, I'm always searching for the perfect bagel. Since this was my first visit to this place, I chose my usual—a plain garlic bagel, not toasted (because a fresh bagel doesn't need to be toasted), with just butter so I could enjoy the flavor of both the bagel and the topping. Both exceeded expectations, featuring rich, generous toppings—much better than many places that skimp nowadays. The crust had that light, firm texture typical of water bagels, and the bagel was slightly chewy, just as it should be. A great find; I’ll definitely return multiple times.“
