Super cute, hole in the wall spot with quality food and friendly staff! They were able to do a catering order super last minute and were so gracious about it- if that's not enough, the Turon I got was delicious! Will definitely revisit soon

The food was wonderful, delicious and cooked to perfection. I know Filipino food, having eaten many Filipino meals from New York to California to the Philippines. The sisig was spot on, so was the Pancit Canton, and the Lechon Kawali... I gave a 4 star for Atmosphere on because of the door draft. Thank You for a great meal. Drove 1 hr 10 min to get there, and would gladly do it again for the Halo Halo alone.

Me and my family went yesterday and everything was amazing from the time we came in until we left. The lumpia was delicious, the pancit was perfect and the cheesecake with ube jam was something I’ve never experienced before!! They even made puto for us, something I haven’t had since I was a child. It was a nostalgic visit ,brought back a lot of childhood memories with the food, reminded me of my mothers cooking!!! Great job Hapág!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Wow wow wow! Absolutely amazing food! We had Hapag cater our baby shower back in October and the food was amazing! Our guests enjoyed the food so much we didnt even have leftovers. We had 40 people and Hapag advised us on the perfect amount of food to order, they were excellent giving us allergen information for guests who required it, and they helped us navigate the menu to make the most of our budget. The customer service was just wonderful; everyone at Hapag was so lovely to work with. I can't wait for our next party to have them cater. It was truly the easiest part of our entire planning process working with this lovely team! Highly highly recommend the vegetarian lumpia and garlic rice - order extra ! very popular with the kiddos! Food, service, quality, price point all 10/10 !
Claudine makes this place special. The food is delicious. You will want to go here regularly.

My friend and I love to hike, work up an appetite, and then explore new restaurants and FEAST! Two weeks ago we walked around Franny Reese State Park and then went into the hamlet of Highland to try this bistro I had heard good things about. We were immediately delighted by the atmosphere of this restaurant. Our friendly and knowledgeable server Claudine made us feel welcome and answered any questions we had about the menu. We ended up splitting the vegetable lumpia with sweet chili sauce as an appetizer and then the pork sisig and bok choy & eggplant in a garlic sesame sauce with rice as our entrees. Everything was OUTSTANDING! We were lucky enough to be dining there as the owner came in with fresh rolls she had made using purple yams! We were offered one each and graciously accepted. They were a beautiful purple color, slightly sweet, and, just like everything else we enjoyed that day, delicious! We left with our hearts and bellies full AND a takeout box each with plenty of leftovers. We cannot wait to go back again and enjoy more Filipino food!

This place is absolutely amazing. My partner and I came here today and ordered the Lechon Kawali, pork sisig, and chicken adobo with garlic rice and everything was sooooo delicious. The Sisig came out sizzling hot served on one of those tabletop cast iron hot plates. So many flavors, and the pork was nice & crispy. We ate in complete silence bc all of the food was THAT good. Our server was super friendly and personable and the music they play is def a vibe. Can’t wait to come back!

Went there today for the first time.
Tried the Lechon Kawali and Sinigang sa Miso. The Lechon was so crispy, dunked it in Pinakurat vinegar! Yum! The soup was hearty, 1 whole Pampano fish cut into thirds with veggies and Miso. A hint of sour ness hits the spot. That’s a great Sinigang!
Ended with Halo Halo- Purple Ube ice cream with creamy flan and Ube jam plus coconut gel on milky crushed ice. Sealed my palate!
Wednesday is a great time to come. They are closed Monday and Tuesday.

Great food and service. It was nice spending some time in this restaurant while enjoying a meal and waiting out a fall rain. The food was tasty, plentiful and homey. I'd gladly go back again to enjoy a new delight.

Wow! Was craving Filipino food while upstate and found this gem on Google Maps. Believe the hype and reviews! This place is fantastic and incredibly authentic. We had the pancit canton with chicken, pork sisig and chicken bbq, and it all brought back memories of my mom’s cooking! The serving is also large and you’ll surely have food to go.
What made our experience even better was all because of Claudine — she made us truly feel at home. Claudine was so attentive and friendly. All of that said, can’t wait to be back ?☺️
I NEED to try the crispy pata next time!

Lumpia (egg roll), lechon kawali (deep fried pork belly), bok choy with eggplant braised in a sesame sauce and turon (plantain and jackfruit wrapped egg roll wrapper and deep fried). Really good Filipino "home cooking". Highly recommend. The staff is really friendly too.
