Seating is limited to a couple of seats towards the entrance.

“We came all the way from Long Island and so glad we bumped into this place. We had the Jamaican food, as well as the ice cream. Everything was wonderful. I highly recommend the curry goat and oxtail. The ice cream is so creamy, and not too sweet. Simone is so pleasant and has a beautiful welcoming smile! If you’re in the area, definitely stop by!“

It is a full restaurant serving breakfast and lunch all day long and clearly a local favorite! “Indulging in a bit of nostalgia l, as this was one of my family's favorite stops with us kids at the time in the 1960s-70s. Back then, it was a typical DQ with a walk-up window. Now, like everything else, it's modernized.

I did the drive-thru and ordered a chocolate dip top cone. The car in front of me must have had a more formidable order because I waited behind him for over 10 minutes.

The cone was good, but maybe my expectations were a bit high. The service was good too. But it just lacked the fun of standing outside on line for an ice cream treat on a hot summer night. I guess both DQ and I are not kids anymore.“
