“I was in Fishkill for a doctor's appointment and it was a hot day so I was looking for a small ice cream place. I was sitting in the CVS parking lot and trying to look on my phone and it kept telling me I was already there. Which I thought was very funny. So I drove around to the back of the plaza to see what stores were open and all the way in the back was this Carnival ice cream shop. The owner was there. He was a very personable older gentleman .He said he makes 3/4 of the ice cream himself. The other ice cream comes from Perry's which is also a good brand. His prices are reasonable maybe even slightly lower than other places locally. He told me his mint chip was the best in the area so I took his word for it. I got a kiddie size mint chip with rainbow sprinkles. It was really tasty! He also does ice cream cakes and has plenty made to go that he can just initialize it for you with whatever you want to say and out you go. He also has individualize little ice creams. You can buy a 12 pack of mini ice creams or mini desserts for very reasonable price. Check out his store and see all the ice cream options that he has. It's a local place he's been there for years so give him some business. But you have to go all the way to the back of the plaza where the Gold's Gym is. So go have a workout and then go get ice cream! LOL. I will be back there in two weeks for my next doctor's appointment who is right across the street so I will make another visit.“
“The food is amazing bubble tea the best.I have no complaints. The service and staff are nice. They can be relatable and funny. The place itself is nice,I love it and that it is cold. I am there every week. All you see is happy people,sitting down on the big couch and eating their froyo or drinking bubble tea. The place makes me feel like people respect me and I respect them.“

“They're legit good. I'm old school Bronx n I keep it simple- cheese. Their Baskin Robbins 31 flavors all looked good but a plain slice tells you the truth about a place n truth is it's good. Balance of cheese to sauce is right, that light crunch when you bite into it, light char on the bottom. Sauce is maybe a lil garlicky but that's fine by me. So all in all, a solid slice.“
“Classic village pizza shop! Could not ask for anything more. Pizza is great and the service is even better. Perfect place to bring kids. Secret sneaky menu item.. whatever soup they have bubbling that day. Other pizza shops come and go, but there is only one Cold Spring Pizza.“
“A cozy small candy/ice cream shop, with rare candy, is how I describe this place. I do enjoy when places branch out to have rare candy not found anywhere but the internet, plus have their own brand of sweet delights. Got a few treats here, to go since it was not crowded when I was here. Honestly the stuff I got was incredible and I will definitely have try here again to try the ice cream and more of chocolate selection.“
“I came here a couple of weeks on a Wednesday. I purchase the pineapple soft serve and it was delicious. They have a $1 soft serve on Wednesday. They are also really nice and I tasted differently ice cream flavors. It is a nice place to have ice cream the inside looks like an old fashion ice cream place. I would definitely go back and try other soft serve flavors. The employees were really nice and they let me try many different ice cream flavors.“
“Great ice cream, great prices. I had the sugar free butter pecan and the vanilla moose tracks, both had a nice flavor and texture. The staff here is very polite and curious. The portions are fairy generous and the price is certainly nothing to complain about. This place is really giving classic ice cream by the beach vibes (but it’s by a park instead).“
“WARNING: Place is temporarily closed. It was boarded up and looked like there was a fire. One Map App said it was open. We quickly checked the FB page and that said it was open but it isn’t. Hope they will be able to repair and reopen. Great ice cream. First Review: Delicious homemade family run icecream shop. It is a seasonal business and the staff is very friendly. Not sure if all the ice creams are made with 10% butter milk, but the taste is awesomely rich and creamy. The milk used is local.“
“Their icecream and vegan icecreams are amazing ! Lots of options! The only downside is that some of the younger employees friends hang around and don’t make it a kid friendly atmosphere with the conversations they are having and language they are using !“
“If I could give 100 stars I would where do I start this is a one of kind place so many different options of ice cream to pick from the workers are always very welcoming the owners are great people nothing but smiles and good service when I come here if your in the area passing through Newburgh this place is a must you won’t be disappointed with some of the unique things on the menu I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in newburgh“
“Literally made a U-turn to check this new ice cream place out. Worthy of backtracking. Just look for the sign for Vera's which everyone knows and immediately to the left of marbled meat sisters luscious little ice cream Shoppe. Vegan options and gluten-free cones means nobody has an excuse not to stop by. My pic today: Double-dip: Milk, chocolate on the bottom, salted caramel on top. Sitting on a gluten-free cone. Scrumptious. And I took home a pint of carrot cake for my daughter.“

Who always has a smile and great attitude. You almost forget you're at a Carvel and instead at a small town ice cream shop . I don't get the corporate feel here. Kudos to all of you here. “So I'm very boring and simply try the chocolate ice cream around town. Hey- I know what I like. Their scooped ice cream is super like their name says, and they invest in the good crunchy, candy-like rainbow sprinkles and not the waxy kind. The spot is super busy most weekend nights and all week long in warmer months. Its a go-to summer spot for ice cream and a nice treat in cooler months! Plus the spot on Fishkill's Main Street is so convenient but Street parking can be tough.“
