Best place in Hilton! Friendly staff and great tasting food. Love the grit cakes! A definite spot for breakfast and lunch.
Very good food for eat in or take out. Everything is made well. I have tried fish fry, avocado toast, breakfast garbage plate, chicken sandwiches, and more. The unassuming atmosphere is combined with the owner’s welcoming and caring attitude. Follow them on facebook to always be in the know about open hours and food specials.

The food is fresh, made to order, and portions are huge, often leaving customers with leftovers to take home. Lucy and the staff provide friendly and accommodating service, always checking to see if customers need anything, especially coffee. The restaurant is immaculate, and the unique combination of shrimp and grits for breakfast is a delightful surprise. With gluten-free options available for many dishes, including a GF fish fry, North 2 South Cafe continues to be a favorite gem in the area.
