Good food, nice clean place, staff was very attentive and thoughtful, and I believe it was the owner that came out and chatted with my wife and a couple times to make sure we were enjoying everything.
I ordered Chicken Parmesan which costs $22 and New England soup for $6 to take out, but I got a tiny quantity meal ( tiny chicken cutlet, 4 broccoli, smidgen noodles) and a tiny cup of soup, won't ever order anymore! ?
Great local dining in an area of the Finger Lakes where food options can be limited. Small and quaint from the outside, with plenty of seating and bar space. Outdoor seating available. Delicious entrees and soups. One of the best beer-battered fish fries I've had and I try many. Light batter coating stays crisp. Excellent mushroom-sherry soup and New England clam chowder. Can get busy. Friendly staff. Parking out front and across the street. Plenty of good beer and local wines on offer. No cell service inside, and very weak service outside.
Went for the first time on a Saturday for prime rib and was very disappointed. It definatly was not fresh. My wife ordered rare and I ordered mid rare. Neither was even close to what was ordered. Mine came grilled and was.more than well done. They replaced it but was actually cold on the bottom and the fat was still congealed and not even close to mid rare and inedible. To be fair they did not charge me for my meal but neither did my wife eat hers.
Cindy (owner) is a true professional. Excellent food. Excellent service.
Fantastic meal. We came in without a reservation and they were able to accommodate our party of 12 with no trouble. Can't wait to go back. The applebutter BBQ pulled pork was the best ever!!
I went in hoping to get a good hamburger...and I left very satisfied. It was a great hamburger with onion rings. Service was friendly and personable. The atmosphere was good. Place was hopping. Nothing more I could ask for....
Food was great worth the wait, everything is made fresh
We came upon this restaurant by accident while staying at a local lodge and had the best meal ever while staying at Seneca Lake. The server was very accommodating as well as the owner Pete, who rushed around talking to guests and busing tables. We had a great time and left full.
Our meal started off with our salads coming before our appetizer. Our shrimp appetizer was awful. I ordered a $30 Delmonico steak that was served to me raw they cooked me a second steak and serve that one raw as well. I finally paid my bill and left and I'm now going back to the cottage to cook my own dinner

When the parking lots and streets are packed with cars it's a sign for a fantastic place to eat. The hospitality is stellar. I would definitely recommend this place and I look forward to our next outing here. The portions are perfect and a nice selection of craft beers. They even have a sign everything is cooked to order and it is spot on and worth the wait. ?
Food and people are amazing. Everything is cooked fresh. No frozen microwave food here. Pizzas are fantastic
The menu here is the best in the area! Unassuming with fantastic service - I hope you get a chance to chat with Cheryl the bartender. She's so interesting and funny! The food is so good - I love that they feature dishes with goat cheese! I don't even want to post how great this place is because I want to keep it a secret for the locals!
The waitress and staff were awesome. The menu had choices that you could not find offered at other places. We tried those and we were not at all disappointed. The kids loved that their meals came with ice cream sundaes!
The staff were very nice, but we waited over an hour and a half for our food while tables that were seated after us got served. We asked why other tables were getting their food and we were told they were busy and tickets may have been mixed up in the kitchen. The food was mediocre, I ordered the pork loin and it was so dry. I would not go back.
