“There is only one pizza place on this corner. It is Cam’s New York Pizzeria… just FYI as Google currently has it on their map as 2 different places.The pizza was EXCELLENT! I had the 2 pepperoni slice lunch special.I am new in town, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.I’ll definitely be back!!”

“They could use some more space in the cafe, but I had the special that day, bacon raspberry grilled cheese, and it's now one of my favorite things I've ever tried. I personally didn't like the beef and vegetable soup however. It held more of a bean soup profile. The iced Chai Lattes are amazing as well, normally I'd drink them hot but I recommend getting one here on ice.”

“Best Restaurant in the World! I have been all over the world and have dined at 600 year old restaurants in France, amazing restaurants in Australia and Italy, and many states in the US, Casa Mezcal is my all time favourite (and my wife Dawn's favourite as well)! My wife and I have eaten here many many times...the food is to die for, the service is fantastic, and the margaritas are sublime...and it's in Penn Yan...that's what blows my mind!!!”

“Little restaurant on the Seneca wine trail. Great food, good portions and our server was very attentive. Breaded mushrooms and mozzarella sticks were tasty. It was prime rib night and wow! It was huge! Cooked to medium rare as ordered and was very good. The au jus that came with it added the perfect amount of saltiness. My husband loved his chicken parm - 1/2 inch thick breaded chicken breast with yummy melted mozzarella on top served over spaghetti. He was full about 3/4 through his meal but liked it so much he finished it! Meals came with a salad and a side. We'd definitely visit again! Of note is that they don't take reservations.”

“This was the friendliest place we have come across in the region. The bartender, the sister and daughter of the two brewers, was knowledgeable about all the brews. Our two pups were more than welcome. The food was an excellent treat. I can't speak highly enough of the pepper bacon jam. The beer spanned a nice range and had an excellent taste. Our party of 4 sampled each pour and none disappointed.”

John was out tasting guide but shared his amazing knowledge of wine along with his unequaled knowledge of the Titanic,If you ever have a chance to go to meet him....I recommend you do! “Really loved the beer here and the bands playing (2 different bands in the 2 buildings). The views are spectacular. The heaters over part of the outdoor dining area were perfect because we went on a very busy Saturday. We had a somewhat large group- 16 people and simply called ahead to make sure it was okay. They were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back here with friends/family.”

“Fabulously rich Hershey’s ice cream. All the standard flavors plus wild concoctions like Banana Peanut Butter Moose tracks which is as yellow as you would hope it to be. Of course they have soft serve, sundaes and all the toppings and dips.”

“Solera is our old reliable for the area.The beer is always cold and there’s a big rotating selection of drafts. If you particularly enjoy a specific draft, you can buy a 28(?) oz growler to take it home. The cocktails are great as well.The food was surprisingly good too for a bar! The boneless chicken wings (nuggets) were great. The best thing to try on your visit is definitely the dill pickle bacon grilled cheese washed down with a nice cold beer.The bartenders are always friendly and nice.”

“This is a fabulous small town diner. We came here the weekend of the solar eclipse. A lot of other people did, too. We were staying in the finger lakes area (between Seneca and Cayuga) and were looking to get breakfast without having to go into Corning or Ithaca. Because it was a Monday, most of the other breakfast places around the finger lakes were closed (and there are only a few).This is definitely a small town family diner. We knew that the food might take a little while. It was also a Monday so they were understaffed compared to the crowds that came for the eclipse (every table was full). On a normal Monday, they would have been staffed appropriately. As such, our food took a little longer than we expected.That said, it was worth the wait. When our food arrived, everyone's meal was hot and very tasty. I got a sausage and pepper omelet with homefries and my husband had French toast. We also ordered a single pancake for our toddler, which she LOVED. It was light and fluffy and she ate more of it than I've ever seen her eat of a pancake (win!).Our meal was perfect and kept us full for several hours, which was great as we were headed for a small hike in Watkins Glen and appreciated the fuel.All in all we would go here again. It was appropriately priced and was nice to find such tasty food and friendly service so close to the lakes and away from the congestion of the bigger cities. It was also a good environment for our toddler.Parking: Free street parking. The strip in town is pretty small, but there is parking on both sides for about 2 blocks in either direction and then across the way. We had a trailer behind our truck and got really lucky in that there were 2 sections that were easy to accommodate street parking by just pulling along the side of the road. This was perfect since we wanted to have sit down breakfast but didn't want to have to stress about parking the trailer in a big downtown.Kid-friendliness: We had a toddler with us! They don't have crayons but they are very friendly and didn't mind us having her sit in her stroller right next to the table. No kids' menu but you can order a single pancake or other single sides which was perfect for what we needed. They were also very welcoming and we didn't feel like we were rushed at all.”

“Visited Tabora on the Deck the Halls wine tour. It's a lovely facility, and the bakery and gift shop were great. Nice covered area for outdoor seating, which was great in the rain. The wine was not impressive. But everything else was cute.”

“We visited this vineyard during our stay in the finger lakes region. We enjoyed a fabulous semi dry Riesling and some food. There's ample seating and the scenery is quite striking.”

“This place has good BBQ. My only complaint is the portion size of their sides. My example is, the "Assorted Family Combo" is supposed to feed four people and comes with two 12 oz. sides. 6 oz. of a side, isn't enough for one person. 12 oz. of salt potatoes equals 2-3 potatoes, this is a portion for one, not four. It should be closer to 3-4 potatoes per person or a 12 oz. side per person. The portion size of the sides definitely needs to be increased. Still giving 4 stars, because the food is good.”

“If you have a bit of time to wait for your food, you won’t be disappointed. The prices are reasonable, the staff is so kind (at least 3 different people were continuously checking in on us) and the food is very good. Skip the bacon and opt for the homemade sausage. Get there early…it gets busy quickly.”

“My wife and I stopped here while we were touring wineries and breweries. I tried some of their IPAs and their Oktoberfest, and she got the seasonal pumpkin ale. We went back two nights later and had more. The beer was very good, and they had a great variety. The service was great, and the venue was really cool with both an indoor and outdoor area. They have an amazing view of Seneca Lake too, and we got to see an awesome sunset. We did not try their food, but they do have a pretty good menu. They've got some pretty cool merch for sale too.”

“This vineyard is really special. It is truly family-run and operated, and the family is lovely, hospitality is clearly in their DNA. We took a tour, which was led by the owner, started with glasses of sparkling wine, and included him pouring us a glass directly out of the barrel - see picture for evidence! :) We had a charcuterie board with our wine tasting which was amazing, as were the wines! The views are beautiful, it’s right on the lake. The indoor space is also cozy and thoughtfully designed. You would be missing out not to stop by this vineyard while you’re in Finger Lakes.”

“Although the restaurant was busy today we were seated, waited on, and served in a reasonably amount of time. The food was good and the wait staff was friendly and accommodating, especially since we wanted a window table that had not been bussed yet.”

“Nice new addition to the growing change in Penn Yan. Good beer that is tasty and served by a pleasant staff. Way to turn a carriage house into an opportunity for everyone to enjoy. Kolsch is on point and the Alt Bier is right there with it. We look forward to continued visits when we are here in town visiting family.”

“The server was nice but could not operate the wood burner appropriately, so the place was filled with smoke. The beer was delicious, though. We did a flight. The only terrible one was the gluten-free option. The Amber was a super well-balanced, perfect mid-strength beer. We scored a growler of that to take back to our little lakeside cabin. 1 extra star for them trying their best to fix the smokiness.”
