Give them a shot . They aren't Not horrible but not great . Went there twice and they are ok ...with everything...service , price , and food . I have been trying them out for a place for bagels and they get the job done for bagels.

Good evening people, to my awful arrive to this face it was sadly disappointing. At first, when I came in and saw someone ordering a bagel I saw one guy wiping his nose on the parchment paper when the guy was making it, I was unsure if it was nose picking but that’s just unsanitary. Second, when my sister was taking my order they kept getting confused on what I wanted since my sister ordered 2 bagels and a roll with ALL different things. Third, we had to wait maybe to over 10 minutes since it was a bit busy, but once we got our bagels and went home to eat we both checked our orders and immediately got upset. The bagels were ROCK hard and including it was very unsanitary. I saw some guy with 1 glove one and one off, one of his hands had the glove on it and were on the most likely dirty counter. I am disappointed in this place seeming they gave me different things that I DID not order for my bagel, when I order my bagel I wanted it to be bacon scrambled egg n cheese which was not a hard order with a plain bagel, however when I got my sandwich it was different. It turned out to be a roll with over easy egg sausage and cheese. Same for my sister that bagel was rock hard. There was only 1 sandwich that was ok and that was for a 6yr old so im unsure if it was actually ok bc he did not even finish and had to go immediately to bathroom. I’m disappointed!! Not worth the 21$!! Don’t come here my fellow people !! I think it was the eggs were off and both of my nephews and my sister immediately went to the bathroom after that! Don’t come!!

If I could I rate 0 stars I would. Improper hygiene ( nose picking). Terrible service when taking orders. Extremely loud cooler and misproper communication. Could not understand how many sandwiches was asked for. Wrong ingredients preparation. Poor ingredient quality. Bagels were hard as rocks. Only went here bc other place down the street ran out of bagels. I regret spending the $21 on them. Harsh but all true.

Okay, I never feel compelled to leave a review about something, but this was so absolutely horrible I have to. Ordered 2 deli sandwiches, chicken cutlets on roll…… I didn’t even know chicken cutlet could be so disgusting. It was not even real chicken, it was rubbery one, thick, microwaved, fake chicken that you would buy in the frozen food section. I’m actually shocked… I’ve never been served fake chicken while ordering a deli sandwich. If I could give it negative 5 stars I would. I have never gotten lunch from there before but I figured how bad could it be? Well, BAD! lol, save yourselves do NOT get their deli sandwiches. Horrific. ( and they messed up my sandwich but the chicken was so bad that wasn’t even the worst part ) … should be a crime to serve what I just paid for !!

Picked up a bagel and an egg sandwich, got everything, got home and opened my bagel, they just cut it in half and entirely forgot the cream cheese. Two things on a Tuesday morning and somehow forgot the most essential part of the bagel

Place used to be amazing, but with all the price hikes it’s really fallen off. Got charged an extra $3.22 for pastrami which I would normally be fine with, but it’s literally a single slice cut in half. Find yourself another deli.
