My favorite bagel place ever. Been going here since I was a baby, I refuse to go anywhere else!

Bagel Brothers in Holbrook has the best quality and tasting Bagels in the area.  Their coffee is delicious.  Most of the staff are very friendly and efficient.  Prices are reasonable and deserving of 5 stars.

Great coffee, good food and service is usually attentive (unless you get the older woman-no disrespect, but she is not nice and her handling of food is neglectful).

Bagels are alight no consistency when it comes to the spreads try avoiding the older workers if you want the cream cheese they charge you for.

They gave us the wrong order I walked back to get the correct one and I saw a roach on the wall!!! Looked down and there was another dead on the floor.Disgusting ??

Roaches everywhere, all over the bananas and the counters when you walk in

A complete rip-off! I paid for a blt on a roll, and they literally used two slices of bacon. Charged me 10 bucks. For a roll with literally 2 pieces of bacon undercooked ( I asked for crispy)

I would have given 1 star, but the quality of the food is actually good( when they get the orders correct ) Recently, the service on the other hand, has been having A LOT of issues. My company orders from there daily, within 1 week, they’ve forgotten or messed up the order 4 out of the last 5 times. I was just charged $12 for an egg sandwich, which I’ve been ordering since March and it’s always $8, unless they raised the prices since yesterday. The women behind the counter told me someone must of forgot to charge me. Yet, I’ve been paying $8 for the same sandwich all year. Sadly, our company will no longer be using them anymore. I advise everyone to always get a receipt to make sure prices don’t change the next day and double check your orders before you leave if you use them. Best of luck to them and I hope they turn things around.

Last visit today. Ordered 2 sandwiches. First was fried eggs, cheese, bacon on a roll. Received scrambled eggs, no cheese (that I paid for) and bacon. Second was scrambled eggs with cheese on a bagel. This one was cut with a dirty knife that had possibly ketchup on it? Whatever it was, it was on the sandwich…nasty. Both returned. I won’t be back. Also, the woman had one glove on but picked up cheese with the bare hand. The same one handling money. You lost a longtime customer. Too many mistakes too many times.

I've tried this place MULTIPLE times, and every time it is AWFUL. They never toast my bagel when asked. There is always one glob of butter on a cold stale bagel and it's never even cut.. never again.. do not go here if you want a decent breakfast..

If a bagel shop can't even make a toasted buttered bagel correctly, there's a problem. Was really craving a toasted buttered bagel this morning so I stopped in and ordered one. I got to my car and opened it up, the bagel looked and felt like it was toasted for 30 seconds, it was barely even warmed. He put a small glob of butter in the middle that didn't even cover the bagel, barely even melted that's how much he didn't toast the bagel. Usually I'd just say whatever and drive away, but I don't eat bagels often and I really wanted to enjoy this bagel so I went back in and asked someone else to remake the bagel for me and just toast it and put some butter on it. She asks so you want it extra toasted with extra butter? I said I just want it toasted with a normal amount of butter...like any other place would do. So, of course she has to be sarcastic about it, I get to my car and butter starts pouring out of my bagel all over me and my car. It was a huge mess. Once I finally cleaned up the butter I then had to take napkins and squeeze my bagel to get butter out of. Thankfully I had a bunch of napkins. Was that really necessary? Sorry for just wanting a bagel.
