Employees were very slow and they need better training, they don’t pay attention to the orders, and the environment felt tacky.
Love this place!! It’s my go-to. I usually go to the Holbrook location. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.. Ordered the 7 inch cannoli cake for my boyfriend‘s birthday cake was fresh delicious the cannoli cream had a hint of cinnamon, nutmeg and what would seem to be cloves There were very little chocolate chips, which we liked. You can also order custom cakes. Their pastries are delicious as well.
The most delicious pastry made at this place , tried many bakeries this one takes the prize! They changed locations u can now sit there and enjoy a cappuccino and your pastry! We love it there !!

Service in this place is non-existence at this place. 5 customers were waiting around for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged any of them. Honestly, you can drive across the street to Meat Farms and find a better assortment and not to mention a lot more affordable! Unfortunately, ZERO stars aren't an option.
