After walking out of another bagel place due to chaos and disorganization, I stopped into this shop down the block—and I’m so glad I did. What a night-and-day difference.
The service here was friendly, fast, and actually competent. I ordered the same two egg sandwiches I had tried to get elsewhere, and they nailed it. My order was taken clearly, prepared right away, and handed to me in a reasonable amount of time—exactly how a bagel shop should run.
The food itself? Fantastic. Fresh bagels, perfectly cooked eggs, great flavor, and everything put together with care. You can taste the difference when a place actually takes pride in what they’re serving.
On top of that, the staff was pleasant and attentive. It’s refreshing to walk into a spot where people seem to genuinely care about the customers instead of treating the counter like controlled chaos.
This is the kind of place that earns repeat business. I went in frustrated from a bad experience and walked out with a great breakfast and an even better impression. I’ll absolutely be back.

The best bagels in Holbrook and surrounding area. They look and taste so fresh and fluffy. They're almost a good as the bagels we get in lower Manhattan. The other plus? They put the seasoning not only on the top but also the bottom.

I have to say their bagels are good but their attitude isn’t!! No personality and rude!!! Especially the daughter!! She once refused to serve me because “they” misunderstood the order and instead of apologizing like any store owner would do, she told her sour faced mother to give me my money back and to not serve me!! Nice customer service!! I’m surprised they’re still in business with that attitude!! SMH!!

Wow just left there. I was refused a toasted bagel with cream cheese because they were closing soon and the girl told me “ sorry the toaster takes to long” when asked what time you close she said 2. I said it takes 40 mins to toast a bagel?? She said fine if I want one I’ll do it. I left and went to toasted bagel down the block who is better anyway. This isn’t the first time this happened but the last time it was 15 mins b4 so I said maybe they cleaned it already… just in aw

I went there today with my sister and ordered an egg and bacon on an Egg Everything bagel, they were out and only had everything bagels, i asked how long and the lady said 20 minutes for Egg everything. So i said everything bagel is fine , 2 minutes after the Egg Everything came out, so i got excited and asked can i please have my egg sandwich on the egg everything and she had such an attitude and said “it’s already done” . I worked at a deli for 5 years and it’s not the way you talk to someone. Instead she made me pay for another bagel to switch it over and then didn’t even give it to me? Both women were rude and made me feel bad for asking for what I wanted, when I am paying money. I’ve been in customer service for years and will never come back.

I can't believe that a deli owner would put a sandwich that looks like this out into the public. This is supposed to be a turkey bacon with mayo on a wrap and it's almost as thin as a sheet of paper. I don't know if any of those ingredients are in this sandwich. Service is terrible don't recommend at all
