I went there today with my sister and ordered an egg and bacon on an Egg Everything bagel, they were out and only had everything bagels, i asked how long and the lady said 20 minutes for Egg everything. So i said everything bagel is fine , 2 minutes after the Egg Everything came out, so i got excited and asked can i please have my egg sandwich on the egg everything and she had such an attitude and said “it’s already done” . I worked at a deli for 5 years and it’s not the way you talk to someone. Instead she made me pay for another bagel to switch it over and then didn’t even give it to me? Both women were rude and made me feel bad for asking for what I wanted, when I am paying money. I’ve been in customer service for years and will never come back.

I can't believe that a deli owner would put a sandwich that looks like this out into the public. This is supposed to be a turkey bacon with mayo on a wrap and it's almost as thin as a sheet of paper. I don't know if any of those ingredients are in this sandwich. Service is terrible don't recommend at all

These are the best bagels around. All else are simply inferior. No matter which bagel you choose, you must eat over a plate or a garbage can because the toppings will bury you! How do they get the sesame seeds to stick? They're on the top, they're on the bottom, they even hold on to the sides! Gravity defying if you ask me. The laws of physics do not apply in their kitchen! I'm pretty sure the guy who makes them is the same guy that sold Jack the beanstalk beans!

The bagel are over cooked and hard and the service it’s bad and the lady give me a dirty look and it’s was my first trying there bagels one star very disappointing I will never come here again
I’m writing this because the owner makes fun of my stutter. Sometimes almost every day. I’m a loyal customer. I come to this store after middle school and I ask for a bagel. Then there she goes making fun of my stuttering. I will never go to this place again. My mental health makes me rethink these things meaning not wanting to go in and order a bagel. This really took a toll on me trying to speak in public.

The best bacon egg and cheese sandwich I’ve had on Long Island. Usually it’s the best in the city and this comes very close. Their iced coffee is amazing with coffee cubes to keep the flavor and doesn’t water the coffee down. Amazing!

Bacon egg and cheese with a soda for 9.70. 3.25$ for soda. Bagel is very fluffy with a very airy roll-like consistency. Sesame is very bland.
Bacon cooked crispy with 4 tiny strips on each side(2 slices of bacon) Eggs over cooked and dry.
Service is lackluster. Place looks like crap, no free coffee/OJ with breakfast sandwich.
And the most important part, the BEC is average at best. Would be a good cream cheese/butter potentially. Don’t care to find out since there’s better in the area.
You get one chance to impress, if you’re nickel and diming with average - you get thrown out.
Service and food sucks, not recommended.
