We love Momos and eat here all the time but last night was probably the last time we will be ordering from here. I placed an online order for two items burger sliders and a chicken wrap for 6:15 pick up. I arrive around 6:30 and was only handed one item. I told the bartender that I ordered two things. I showed her the receipt and order on my phone. She apologized and said their ticket system only printed one order and they will make my order now and apologized for the inconvenience. They stated this would only take a few minutes. I understand mistakes happens and I am totally reasonable with these types of accidents but the lack of care is what really rubbed me the wrong way. A couple of minutes turned into 30 minutes of waiting for my food, no one offered me a drink while I waited for the inconvienence or to even comp the item off and give me a refund. I would’ve even taken a free dessert which I know cost the restaurant nothing to give. There was no manager either that came up to me to apologize for the mistake on their end. So as I am waiting 30 minutes for my food to be made I came home with ice cold food for my fiancé because his was the only item that was prepared on time. Again, I am really not one to complain but the lack of attention or care from this restaurant has resulted in a loss of a repeat customer. If the manager would like to contact me to make this right I would really appreciate it.

4.5 stars is about rightThis is my first time here never been here before I didn't even know it existed went into watch the Jets game really great place for TVs everywhere I mean they had everything on You know it's like watching the Jets they're terrible They lost terribly their season's terrible so they have a few other things on there's like a college game on and then there was like some MMA women's fighting It was just a lot of things to look at.Very pretty young bartender and Alexis and I didn't catch the other woman's name but they were both really niceHere's the exampleAnd the reason why I gets one star offI ordered a Miller lite It was flat so there's your one star off really flat I haven't had a Miller Lane foreverNow he's with a bunch of guys and they were drinking Miller lite out of a pitcher.When I went to leave I said Oh I just had the 1 Miller lights to no worries I'll put it on their bill You don't owe.anything.Now that's a great bartender bartender knows their patrons and when they're coming back when the by when the buyback all those of things something other places could really use and learn about is buybacks and courtesy.So I asked for some change just so I could tip her five bucksI'll definitely be back here especially to watch the Jets lose!Possibly for the super bowlHave the shrimp fajitas for sureFriends said they were good ?

Just ok. This place is rated as one of the best on the island for wings. We tried the Buffalo and Thai chili. The service was slow... we almost cancelled my daughters sandwich because it took almost 45 mins to come out.

I went there for my favorite Quesadillas but there was literally no menu. I was stressed as felt like a beer and y friend and I were served alcohol by a pregnant bar tender that was about to give birth. Then a family with a child was right next to me. Now I know I may sound cold however it's a BAR restaurant and the last thing I wanted to see was children due to my loss of my baby. I chose a bar atmosphere to not get triggered by babies. Trashy place no menu pure service I left stressed out and in tears. Bayport Momo's is way better. Step it up Holbrook trash central

Located in small strip mall with Meat Farms supermarket and Joe’s Pizza. Not the biggest in size, but between bar area and small dining area, plenty of screens showing all NFL games. Capt Lawrence Autumn Blaze beer with a sugar rim, nice way to start. Menu has some winners- the Brooklyn sandwich (chicken cutlet, cheddar, bacon, ranch, on toasted ciabatta) is tasty. Side of tater tots a plus. Service from waitstaff is friendly and quick! Prices gentle, real value. Kudos to staff for making this Jaguars fan feel welcome.

Visited with some coworkers and we were all happy with our meals. Their wings were so good, honestly reminded me of Duffs in Buffalo which is my all time favorite spot. The onion rings were really good too. Our server was so nice, she was on top of drink refills, and checked on us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. She had no problem splitting the checks for us (we asked at the start) which we all appreciated as well. Definitely would go back, probably on a Wednesday for their AYCE wings, to try more wing flavors!
