The owner of this establishment is a pure gentleman with a heart of gold, and it shows in his food. Speaking with him about his years of cooking truly gives you the sense of pride he has in his craft. I had the pleasure of tasting his food when he catered a gathering I was attending. Between the brisket, ribs and chicken, the flavors were amazing. Brisket was cooked perfectly. Ribs were delicious. Just the right amount of BBQ sauce not to over power the meat. Potato salad and Mac and cheese definitely a must have. I can't say enough how good his food is. I will definitely be hiring him for any event I have. Thanks John.

Have been following this food truck on Instagram for months just waiting for the opportunity to try it. Today, my family and I went and tried to order a little bit of everything from the menu. We tried the pulled pork, brisket, pulled chicken, short ribs, St.Louis ribs, sausage, burnt ends, Mac & Cheese, Cole slaw, beans, French fries and a hot dog. Everything was absolutely delicious but the real stand outs to us were the St. Louis ribs, the Mac & Cheese, the burnt ends and the hot dog! Definitely worth the trip in the cold weather.

Came here for a quick lunch on a cloudy day. Even before you approach the truck, you do get a whiff of smoke. Not unpleasant, but enough to tell you some serious cooking is going on here. Ended up ordering a pulled chicken sandwich with coleslaw and a side of mac and cheese. My order came out quickly and the portion sizes were generous for the price. Now, I am by no means a BBQ aficionado, however, this is quite possibly the best BBQ I have ever had on the island. The sandwich was piled high with juicy, tender, shreds of chicken. Which is a miracle, I would say, considering how easy it is to BBQ chicken until its dry. It was slathered in honey mustard, which may be heresy in the BBQ world but it worked. Gave the sandwich a nice tang along with the coleslaw. On the other hand, the mac and cheese was equally fantastic. A nice cheesy crust on top, with cheesy mac down below. No breadcrumbs, no vegetables, the way mac and cheese was meant to be. I was so blown away by what I was feasting on, I completely forgot my day's anxiety. Worth the extra mile from my workplace! Overall, don't discount this place because its a food truck. Come on by, place an order and prepare to be amazed.

First off, I rarely eat from food trucks but the food looked so good and I was craving bbq. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed. The mac & cheese was soo good! Chicken wings were made to perfection (seasoned very well and marinated perfectly with those aged Fresno peppers the owner told me about). You cannot lose with this place!! If I could add 10 stars I would. Happy customer!!!

The Mac and cheese was probably the best I ever had! Even their hot dogs were amazing! They even let me pack a bunch of doggie bags to bring home to my foodie husband in NH and he loved the food even a few days old! Highly recommend

The BEST bbq I have ever had! We had ordered from the food truck and I was blown away! The short rib and brisket were so juicy and full of flavor, you don't even want to put any of their homemade sauces on it even though those are delicious too. The bread pudding with the maple ice cream and candied pecans is literally to die for and I am a dessert snob.lol I don't normally eat ribs but I bought them for my husband and I ended up eating a bunch because they were so perfectly cooked and seasoned. So amazing! Me and a friend came here since we always wanted to go and conveniently they were open today! I got a beef brisket platter with fries and Mac and cheese while my friend got a pulled pork platter with the same sides. The brisket was so fresh and tender! The homemade barbecue sauce was the best part of the meal by far. Fries were cooked perfectly and the Mac and cheese was definitely homemade! Prices are fair for BBQ food. I gotta say this place never disappoints! Hands down the best bbq on Long Island. If I'm out and I crave bbq and try a new place I always find myself comparing it to rolling smoke and realizing how much better it is. The staples are always delicious and I'm a huge fan of the different spins on things. The cornbread is awesome, it's like a fruit, nut, carrot, cornbread toasted gem of a cake. I don't know what's in it, it's what I imagine it is. It's delicious, trust me. The mustard base bbq sauce is great and the homemade hot sauce is fire and tasty! The burnt ends (when available) melt in your mouth. The chicken is great, I have to get some every time I go. Hope this reviews helps. Support the local businesses, they need our help!
